I must be quite behind, is 'Who's That Chick' a promo song like 'Wait Your Turn' was for 'Rated R'?
 Love it though, not as much as 'Only Girl (In The World)' though.

Te Amo leaked ages before the RR. Although it wasn't a confirmed track - it still became a single.
I think this is a buzz single though, they wouldn't of made a video if it wasn't. |

I kind of like the cheapness to 'Who's That Chick?', but I definitely see what you mean about it being cheap and I don't think it should be a single, even if it is nice to see her actually enjoying herself in the video. Really liking the song, but something's missing from it. I think I prefer it to 'Only Girl', but I'm not completely sure
