Andrew Macpherson who has worked with Pink for a long time, put this on twitter & instagram...
'Something to smile about. My book covering twelve years of working with P!nk is out in November!' He is in collaboration with Smog Design to finish out the book. The book is now on Pink's official website, but its very expensive!!
 $250 for the book, or you could buy the book & extras for up to $500 while it does look really nice, and i would loooooove to get my hands on one, that is a bit too expensive for me for a book that probably has mostly photos that we have already seen before! http://pink.shop.bravadousa.com/page/10YearsBook |

apparently Andrew has been getting a lot of sh!t about the price of this book...I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be up to him about the price of it though, just like when Pink was getting sh!t about the price of the ttal tour ticket prices
no way can i afford to buy that book though, which sucks, but i'd rather save my money for a few pink gigs when she next announces a tour, than to spend my money on this book, maybe i'll make my own book on snapfish

 I knew I'd give in and order it, even though i still think its stupidly pricedOh well, it'll help me loose weight, because i can't afford luxuries like food anymore

not sure if anyone here has bought the book, or knows someone who has? (or is even reading this thread
) but apparently the books that have already been sent out are falling apart, anyone with damaged books has to send an email with their name & address to get it sorted....PM me if you need this!

So, turns out this whole book thing is an entire JOKE!!
It will be worth it when I have it here I know, but on friday, I still had no dispatch email, so i emailed them to see where it is...got a reply back that because they've had some problems with some books falling apart, they're re-printing the books......SO THEY WEREN'T GOING TO BOTHER TELLING ME?????!!!???? And they didn't tell me how long that would take, weeks? months?? I've seen some people saying that they've received their replacement books, but they don't have the signed note (the actual book isn't signed, its a note of paper that is glued in at the front!) One of the reasons I was willing to pay so much was because it was signed, even if it was a note and not the book. Doubt I will be ordering from Bravado again...dear Pink, please use another company next time!! |
