Yay a goal! More interesting to watch than all the others we've seen today as well Let's hope there's a few more.

No doubt that Argentina will still qualify unfortunately, it would be a welcome shock to see Argentina crash out! Ronaldo will be laughing somewhere!

Where was he? This is a really bad team. Why take Aguero off? The coach was dreadful. I hope they don't go through. The problem is with Argentina is they are absolutely bang average apart from Messi. Hence why he was played so deep, because they literally have nobody. It's out of there hands now, bet they are praying for a Nigeria win tomorrow, then they will need to blast Nigeria by 2-3 goals. |

Firstly at that Goalkeeper howler
Secondly, where was Messi throughout that game one of the greatest players, he did not even show up. Thirdly, that was an awful performance from Argentina, as a team they didn't perform. Fourthly, kudos to Croatia, their performance in the second half kicked off nicely Croatia had most of the possession and most of it was played in the Argentinian half of the pitch To summarise, I don't think Argentina are a world class team as they were once before, I think Messi is on his way out from International football, and some teams in this World Cup are playing better than the big countries, I haven't seen Germany and France at their best yet. The only teams that have really performed seem to be Russia, Spain and Croatia and some other team. I wouldn't rule out England yet |

Oh my Argentina! Come on Iceland, you can ensure they get well and truly knocked out now.

Oh my Argentina! Come on Iceland, you can ensure they get well and truly knocked out now. I can see Iceland beating Nigeria tomorrow by 1-0. Nigeria will probably have most of the possession and be going forward a lot but as in their first match they unfortunately probably won't be able to score, and Iceland, as Iceland have done before in Euro 16 and in their first match, will probably get a goal from one of their only chances. It's going to be an interesting game, Nigeria certainly have some pace in their side. Normally Iceland are technically quite solid and defensive, but this Nigeria team isn't that great. So they could take the game to Nigeria and Nigeria could hit them on the counter. I suppose Nigeria need to win, but if Iceland win this they have a massive opportunity to go through, so it's swings and roundabouts. |

Iceland just need to win tomorrow and they're basically through right (unless some combination of them being crushed by Croatia and/or Argentina crushing Nigeria happens). Hype.

It will be all about goal difference going into the final game if Iceland beat Nigeria. Iceland would then need just a draw with Croatia to go through.

For some reason, Argentina's coach reminds me a bit like of Andre Agassi.
