Little Runaway is out today and premiered as Hottest Record on Radio 1 a short while ago.

Sadly, but not surprisingly, the album has been pushed back to January 15th.

Album is title ‘Not Your Muse’ and includes Strange, Stop This Flame and A Little Love!

Really excited for it as I’ve adored each thing she’s put out this year and I hope at least her talent can translate to album sales. Thrilled that Stop This Flame is on there as it’s one of my songs of the year! Disappointed that Little Runaway isn’t though sad.gif

'Little Runaway' is easily the best song she has put out for me so far so go figure if it's being left off her album...

'A Little Love' is a cute tune as well tho (and I do love the advert x).

"It's All Right" with Jon Batiste is out today from the Soul soundtrack, I can see this getting an Oscar nomination!

This had me in bits the other week. sad.gif A total coincidence Celeste was performing the same day Barbara Windsor passed away but the lyrics are so fitting. I think this was the first time I properly heard the song and I love it - the official audio doesn't do her voice the same justice actually!

Listening to an Annie Mac interview with her earlier this month and she said John Lewis approached her in early September to write ‘A Little Love’, seems a tad late, thought it woulda been more like April/May lol.

Not the biggest fan of this unfortunately. Saw her performing on Jools Holland as well yesterday and it just sounded a bit too repetitive for my liking.

Album has randomly been brought forward a month to 29 January!

I enjoy Love is Back but more as an album track, I’m hoping there’s another single to lead the album?

On another note though, Hear My Voice has really clicked recently. Not sure why as I’d even seen The Trial of the Chicago 7 last year so it’s not because of that but something just clicked. Really excited for the full album.

Also why is the vinyl only an alternate track listing and not the full album? This release strategy seems a mess...

'Love Is Back' is actually my new favourite song from her so far I think, a bit sad / surprised at it getting such a muted reception on here...! The Amy Winehouse influence feels very strong on this one.

THIS. It basically misses out any of the older singles which just seems really bizarre. I can sort of get it from an artistic perspective as I dare say the eight tracks included were likely recorded at a very different time but tbh I just want to hear them all sad.gif

Plus I noticed that she was offering an alternate hand drawn cover for £5 which can't have been selling as they're now included with the black vinyl on her site for no extra cost laugh.gif
