She's very capable of writing big, pop songs so I'm not sure if she's just trying to be more altpop / indiepop. Like gimme a 'timebomb' chorus with the tit imagery. We'd all be happy.

Exactly, I really miss that and so didn't enjoy Lady Wood as much apart from True Disaster which was fab. It was still a good album but those huge choruses are where Tove shines.

Apparently a new song (idk if single) called "Hey You Got Drugs" is out in November. Glad to see she's keeping with the accessible radio friendly titles

If she can't get hits with the likes of 'True Disaster' or 'Timebomb', she may as well not worry about whether her songs are appropriate for radio or can receive a non-butchering radio edit.

Luckily it’s just part 2 and not a proper album as such.

I went to HMV Oxford Street today to buy this, not only did they not have it but apparently it's not even listed on their system with a release date.

I was so confident I was going to love this in an album of the year sort of way, but it's such a crushing disappointment.

Apparently 'Cycles' is the second single, and that's seriously horrendous.
