After a quiet week on the new releases front, we've been thrown into a fairly busy week for new entries! Looking to debut in the top 40 this week are 'Rinse and Repeat' by Riton featuring Kah-Lo, 'Work From Home' by Fifth Harmony featuring Ty Dolla $ign and 'Girls Like' by Tinie Tempah featuring Zara Larsson. We may also see ZAYN's instant grat 'iT's YoU' entering, plus Kelly Clarkson's 'Piece By Piece' after an emotional American Idol performance has gone viral. At the top end however, expect things to be quieter, with the BRITs effect potentially sending Coldplay into the top 5 and Adele into the top 10, plus Mike Posner climbing into the top 10 for the first time since 2011.

On the album chart, we could see a new #1 this week, with The 1975 releasing their sophomore album 'I like it when you sleep, for you are so beautiful yet so unaware of it'. Also hoping to debut in the chart are 'This Unruly Mess I've Made' by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, 'Believe: Songs of Inspiration' by Richard & Adam, 'You're a Man Now, Boy' by Raleigh Ritchie and 'Hill's End' by DMA's, among others of course.

Breakdown of the week
- Saturday and Sunday: Information on Twitter from MintRoyale only. Please do not make requests, we do not have any information other than what's posted.
- Monday: OCC Top 100 + Radio 1 Chart Update 5:30pm to 5:45pm.

Twitter and social media is your friend for today. Please post any information you find with a source. Do not nag for updates, we will post a top 40 update if we receive one.
- Wednesday: Top 40 update from Music Week from 5:45, and potential top 5 sales but this is not guaranteed.
- Thursday: See Tuesday.

Other notes (please read)
- You may make requests Tuesday to Thursday but outside the top 40, specific positions will not be revealed (unless deemed necessary by a mod).

The 1975 to take an early lead but Adele to reel them in at the top of the Album chart ?

Whoever wins it keeps up the British reign at the top this year!

I think The 1975 will run away with it! I know there was only one day of the BRITs effect in the previous chart week, but overall, week on week, Adele's sales only went up by about 500 copies to 28.2k, which doesn't suggest it's gonna have particularly massive sales this week. I can see The 1975 doing at least 50k, they have quite the fanbase as we've seen by now and their last album did 31.5k in week 1 so I'd expect a higher opening this time!

'Work From Home' really is a great song on first listen, I wonder how it'll hold up and age though. Definitely a top 20 hit for 5H if not top 10 in the coming weeks. Hoping Rih's 'Work' does can close the gap with that awful '7 Years' song, she's overtaken on Spotify and is selling around 10% more on iTunes than she was last week so i'm hopeful!

7 years is miles better than Rihanna's awful track. I hope it keeps it off number one.

20K+ ?

I think they are going to need 30K to get to number 1 this week.
First Album sold 31,538 in first week to get to number 1 and they should do about the same if not better?

With Kelly Clarkson back in the public eye now, would be nice to see her perform that duet with Ben Haenow (as they couldn't do it at the time) to see what impact it has on its sales.
