1. Swimming Pools (Drank) 2. HUMBLE. 3. Bitch, Don't Kill My Vibe 4. King Kunta 5. Backseat Freestyle 6. Alright 7. Poetic Justice 8. DNA 9. i 10. LOYALTY. 11. LOVE. 12. The Blacker The Berry Finishing runner-up is 2017 anthem 'HUMBLE.', the biggest single from Kendrick's latest album. I think this was his first UK Top 10 single too and has become a club staple this year - and it's not hard to see why. Perhaps a little radio-friendly, however this chorus is memorable and the video again was superb. Unquestionably going to be one of those songs which will have high club play in the future and a guaranteed festival anthem and mosh-pit starter. And the winner is Kendrick's first mainstream single 'Swimming Pools (Drank)'! Perhaps a testament to this song's ability to stand the test of time, it convincingly won this final. With a production that manages to be both laidback and claustrophobic, the introspective lyrics and earworm of a hook instantly made this a fan favourite in 2012 and was the song that really made people begin to take notice of Kendrick Lamar. A worthy winner for me! Thank You all who voted and participated in discussion, we are open to suggestions for the next artist to receive the 'Least Favourite Single' treatment! |

A decent winner even if it's not my personal favourite. I've become much more of a fan of Kendrick as his albums have progressed really.
My personal ranking: 1. HUMBLE. 2. DNA. 3. LOYALTY. 4. King Kunta 5. The Blacker the Berry 6. Alright 7. Bitch, Don't Kill My Vibe 8. I 9. Swimming Pools (Drank) 10. Backseat Freestyle 11. Poetic Jusice 12. LOVE. Thanks for hosting this, great to see these sorts of things happening again in the R&B forum !!

'Swimming Pools (Drank)' was my preferred winner out of the top 2 so I'm happy with that result! This went well except 'The Blacker The Berry' departing far too early.
