Destiny's Child are overrated to the max (their songs are so repetitive!). Give me En Vogue or TLC any day. I kinda agree, TLC are way better than DC, En Vogue would be if the original members had released more material, but Destiny's Child are definitely better than Honeyz and Shampoo lol. In your opinion Honeyz and a group called "Shampoo" are better than Destiny's Child? Each to their own I like certain singles of Destiny's Child's - Independent Women, Say My Name, Lose My Breath, Survivor and Bootylicious - but I could never get into them full time when it was all show boating for Beyonce's inevitable solo career. Lose My Breath excluded, the remaining singles they had off their last album were awful. |

The albums without Kerry were so much better and stronger though...
I'll never understand why people yearned for Kerry to be back in the group. |

The albums without Kerry were so much better and stronger though... I'll never understand why people yearned for Kerry to be back in the group. I don't think it was even so much yearning per se. Had 'Whole Again' not happened they probably would have been on the scrapheap along with the numerous other good but not quite big girl groups that were foisted on the world at the turn of the millennium (hello to you, Girl Thing, Madasun etc). But their early singles had a spark and a sass about them that made them stand out, probably as Andy Mcluskey of OMD was their manager/producer on their early stuff. 'See Ya' and 'I Want Your Love' were both brilliant singles, especially the latter with the Big Country sample on it. Kerry herself admitted she didn't desire to go back into pop once she left anyway. It's just that they became so uniformly dull once Jenny joined, just constant cover versions and watered down R&B pop that it was literally like 'What is the point?' |

The UK is home to my three all-time favourite girl groups: Girls Aloud, Spice Girls and Sugababes! Plus Little Mix are one of my favourite chart acts around right now. So it was a no-brainer *.*

I liked the last album actually, Soldier was forgettable but Girl and Cater 2 U are great and the album tracks are good too (Bad Habit, If...). Get On the Bus is probably my favourite single of theirs and I love the ones you said as well as Bills, Bills, Bills, No No No pt 2 and Bug a Boo. The first two albums aren't as Beyoncé-heavy tbh. |

From popular UK groups I love only Girls Aloud, but low-known or/and short-lived UK groups were my weakness before my obsession by Lithuanian female pop music.
From not British and not Lithuanian groups my favourites are : Graaf (Sweden) Me & My (Denmark) M2M (Norway) Sadly active Lithuanian girl groups lost their charm in last 2-3 years and most their last songs sounds like the modern girlbands from United States and Little Mix. #Everything we need is YVA's 5th studio album. #Make Lithuanian girl groups great again.
