Monday 21st September

4.5 The Big Bang Theory
3.5 The Voice
3.1 Blindspot
2.7 Life In Pieces
2.2 Scorpion
1.8 DWTS
1.6 Gotham
1.2 NCIS:LA (Series Low)
1.2 Castle
1.1 Minority Report (oops)

Safe to say Minority Report will be one of the first casualties of the new season then. I'm sure they'll play the 'BUT THE PILOT LEAKED' card, but yeah.

Posted by: Rooney 22nd September 2015, 05:50 PM

Minority Report is one to avoid then!

Posted by: Silas 22nd September 2015, 08:12 PM

Minority Report looked even worse than the movie.

Posted by: J▼hnkm 22nd September 2015, 08:19 PM

I actually enjoyed it, the main guy was the right mix of attractive and engaging to hook me. I know he could be anyone, but he's better than the lead gal anyway.

POOR Nick Zano sad.gif

Posted by: SexySummerFruits 22nd September 2015, 09:21 PM

Big Bang Theory is DESTROOOYIN everythin, the new Friends tbh

HIMYM; awful Spanish-style cheesy over the top comedy who¿¿¿

Posted by: Connor. 23rd September 2015, 01:59 PM

Early reports seem to suggest that Scream Queens flopped. sad.gif

Posted by: Scherz 23rd September 2015, 02:08 PM

A 2.9 household rating.. Wonder what the 18-49 rating will be ohmy.gif

Posted by: J▼hnkm 23rd September 2015, 02:59 PM

2.9HH would be a disaster! I was expecting that in 18-49 tbh

Posted by: J▲hq 23rd September 2015, 03:03 PM

1.7 at 8pm, 1.6 at 9pm. Lmao, poor Fox.

Muppets did well with a 2.8, even if I thought it could do even better. And Limitless opens with a 1.8, who expected that to start higher than Scream Queens.

Posted by: J▼hnkm 23rd September 2015, 03:24 PM

This season is off to a really surprising start. I reckon if Scream Queens can hold around that level it'll be fine. Mid 1's are the new 3.0 anyway.

Posted by: J▼hnkm 23rd September 2015, 03:29 PM

Tuesday 22nd September

3.4 The Voice
2.8 The Muppets
2.4 NCIS
2.2 Best Time Ever with Niel Patrick Harris
1.9 Fresh Off The Boat
1.8 Limitless
1.7 NCIS: New Orleans
1.6 Scream Queens
1.5 DWTS

Posted by: Scherz 23rd September 2015, 03:46 PM

Really don't think they will be happy with that. All of the promo they did and all the young, current names.. Oops!

Posted by: Froot. 23rd September 2015, 03:47 PM

Oh dear at 'Scream Queens', thought it would have done much better than that with it being one of the most hyped new shows. I see 'Best Time Ever...' improved from last week (I think anyway) which is good!

Posted by: Silas 23rd September 2015, 04:43 PM

That's pretty piss poor for Scream Queens tbh. I also was expecting higher. Maybe a 2.4 given the hype.

Posted by: J▼hnkm 24th September 2015, 03:12 PM

6.5 A18-49 and 16 million viewers for Empire apparently.

Posted by: Martyn 24th September 2015, 03:43 PM

I had a feeling Scream Queens was going to miss the 2.0 mark. This won't get past a season, it has such an expensive cast it can't afford ratings like this.

Posted by: J▲hq 24th September 2015, 04:14 PM

Would've liked to see Empire set a new high but you can't bemoan that number.

Rosewood beating Scream Queens with a 2.4. Grew at the half hour mark from 2.1 to 2.7, the wonders of pre-tune in? laugh.gif

Posted by: Euphorique 24th September 2015, 04:56 PM

6.7 for Empire (final numbers).

Posted by: J▲hq 25th September 2015, 03:25 PM

2.8 Grey's Anatomy
3.2 Scandal
2.6 How to Get Away With Murder

1.9 Heroes Reborn
1.2 The Player

Scandal came back strong but Grey's is a beast. The Player DOA, not a bad number for Heroes, could've gone down worse, depends how big the drops are going forward.

Posted by: J▼hnkm 25th September 2015, 03:31 PM

Surprised to see Scandal WAY up like that, was expecting a 2.6-2.8. Not watched it yet but I really hope it's better than the back half of S4. Poor start for Murder though, I'm guessing it'll settle in around 2.0 this season.

Posted by: Scherz 25th September 2015, 05:19 PM

I expected more for Murder, especially with Viola's Emmy win.
Still, it's decent enough if it stays there. I often forget it's in the 10pm slot.

Tuesday 29th September:
3.7 The Voice
2.2 NCIS
2.0 The Muppets
1.9 Best Time Ever With Neil Patrick-Harris
1.9 Limitless
1.7 NCIS: New Orleans
1.7 Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D (Season Premiere)
1.7 Fresh Off the Boat
1.5 Grandfathered (Series Premiere)
1.5 Grinder (Series Premiere)
1.4 Scream Queens
0.3 iHeartRadioMusicFestival

'Limitless' improves on last weeks 1.8 rating. Whilst 'Scream Queens' and 'Fresh Off the Boat' are both down. Was hoping that the buzz surrounding SQ would actually help it stabilise ever so slightly more, but I can see 1.2-1.6 being it's main range all season. Will be interesting to see how strong a hold 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D' can keep after this season premiere was down from last seasons premiere of 2.1, but UP from the season finale of last season (which scored a 1.3!) Really willing it to pull through. Such a great show and last nights episode was fantastic!

Dunno if that's a weak start or not for both 'Grandfathered' and 'Grinder' (I suspect not very good? Especially for the former as the adverts and promo have been pretty unavoidable) but we'll see how they hold up I guess.

Unless SHIELD hits fractional numbers this season it doesn't really matter what it gets ratings wise, ABC produce it and it's in the lap of the Syndication gods now. I've always envisaged it being a 6 season show anyway, which would run it up to the premiere (almost to the day) of Infinity War Part 2 and the end of the MCU.

Limitless was actually adjusted up in the final numbers last week but a 100% hold for a new show is very impressive (especially since I think the premiere had some Bradley Cooper buzz about it? Not sure if he appeared this week or anything). But the fractional numbers I saw did have it up very slightly!

Hope The Muppets can stabalise where it is now (and maybe this is a show where the guest stars can have an effect? I didn't reckon much to Josh Groban compared to Elizabeth Banks but apparently they have Kerry Washington and Jennifer Lawrence lined up). Fresh Off The Boat did very well when accounting for the lesser lead-in it had.

I'd say the Fox comedies started OK, definitely not the biggest disaster and I don't know if they could've hoped for much better, but they won't have much room to drop. It surprised me that they tied at the same number so neither shows to be particularly stronger in week 1.

Posted by: J▼hnkm 2nd October 2015, 04:13 PM

2.8 Scandal
2.3 How To Get Away With Murder (Series Low)
2.3 Grey's Anatomy
1.8 The Blacklist
1.6 Heroes Reborn
1.3 Bones
1.0 Sleepy Hollow (Series Low)
0.9 The Player

I knew it was pretty much a certainty anyway, but those numbers all but seal the fate for Sleepy Hollow. I just hope it doesn't end on a cliffhanger (though I doubt it will unless they pull production).

Tuesday 6th (final)

2.2 The Voice
2.2 NCIS
1.8 Fresh Off The Boat
1.7 The Muppets
1.7 NCIS:NO
1.7 Limitless
1.6 SHIELD
1.4 The Flash
1.3 Best Time Ever with NPH
1.2 Grandfathered
1.2 Scream Queens
1.0 The Grinder
0.7 iZombie

'American Horror Story' opened with 3.0! Niiiice.

That hold for SHIELD is fantastic too wub.gif

Posted by: J▼hnkm 15th October 2015, 07:22 AM

Tuesday 13th (final)

2.6 The Voice
2.1 NCIS
1.8 Chicago Fire
1.5 NCIS:NO
1.4 Limitless
1.4 SHIELD
1.4 The Flash
1.4 Fresh Off The Boat
1.3 The Muppets
1.2 Best Time Ever with NPH
1.0 Grandfathered
1.0 Scream Queens
0.9 The Grinder
0.5 iZombie

what a dismal set of numbers. I'm sure the Democratic debate and sports dented a few of them, but those are particularly bad numbers for Fox.

Posted by: Jonjo 15th October 2015, 01:47 PM

Yeah. Sports and the debate must've had a huge part. Coz I can't see 'Limitless' dropping from a 1.7 to a 1.4 in one go. (Although, they did drop 2 10ths last week.)

Yay for SHIELD though! Holding brilliantly despite it all!

Posted by: J▼hnkm 15th October 2015, 09:22 PM

I'm sure Chicago Fire dented Limitless a bit too, there's got to be some crossover audience there.
