RULES

· anyone can enter as long as you have a registered country and have had an account for longer than three months

· you cannot enter anything by last month's top three artists; ane brun, postiljonen or ishi vu. you can't send the same artist you sent last month

· FARC will auto-qualify for the final and if there is an even number of entries then runners up d'yermak'er will join me

· take the time to look at the http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=211939 to check that your song has not been sent to any previous contest or spin-off before as it will not be allowed

· also take note of the http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=196914 as all entries will be subject to this and checked by the moderators and any entry deemed against the spirit of the contest or picking up too many veto points for previous exposure will be refused

seeing as I broke my Q streak last month and don't have any obvious hits I am very tempted to go with what'll be the least Danæviia sounding Danæviia entry ever for the hell of it (and perhaps a nul points contender if Land of DW/Arcodesia aren't in my semi) but we'll see if NMF brings anything.

ok right I’d been umming and ahhing all week over whether to send a specific entry that’d be too big a deviation of sound to send it under the Danæviia name but given it some thought I may just save it for UP or Nuggets instead as I’ve now got a song that sounds like a potential hit again.

'Vertigo' is the first song that I've actually cared for at all from Alice Merton. I think it says a lot about the overall memorability of her previous songs that I had completely forgotten she was already sent a second time after 'No Roots', despite the fact that second song actually did slightly better than 'No Roots' did...
