Bad Girls has always been my #1 show

I got into during Series 3 (when I was 10) kink.gif I use to watch it every Friday night on ITV2

This was the first TV drama I got into and I never looked back. I was obsessed. I collected every TV magazine when every series aired. I still have my VHS/DVDs and the official book.

I'm sorry I have no idea where it is at the moment. I have a lot of stuff stored in my garage (including many books) happy.gif

It took me months to find it back in the day, before I even had the internet and long before Amazon existed.

Ironically there are many copies of the book on UK Amazon now laugh.gif

I've been watching EastEnders clips on YouTube and stumbled across this from Bad Girls:

So funny seeing Sid Owen and Nicola Stapleton playing basically their EastEnders characters. Then when Sid's character calls her "Janine"! laugh.gif

Id say for me the best seasons of the show were

1-3 and then 5 and 7.

8 is definitely the weakest but 7 was a big improvement on 6 for me.

4 kinda didn’t get going until around half way into the season and then it fully gets going after the toilet paper suicide and the finale episode of 4 is brilliant.

I really wish S8 either didn’t exist though or was written in a way that the show could’ve had a huge final series what ended with what us viewers wanted. It focused way too much on characters we didn’t care about or know enough about to care about. But yeah I can watch this show again and again and never tire of it.

Yvonne's death really is the ultimate worst nightmare. Like, can you imagine a more slow and agonising death than that? cry.gif

Her torch light going out cry.gif

Then the fact they legit showed her dead body and the blooded fingernails from scratching the walls / at the door to try and get out. It’s all the more sad because she wasn’t a villainous character and we were all rooting for her to escape. From what I’ve read though Linda Henry wanted that ending for the character.
