It's the silence before the storm.

Firstly new singles from big 60s British pop stars Sandie Shaw and Cilla Black were released.
Also February is the traditional month for Eurovision national pre-selections.
I don't want to spoil all entries, but obviously it's British Eurovision winner of 1969 and Dana's second placer from Irish National Final.
