Jess Glynne climbs to the number one spot!

Congratulations to Jess Glynne, who has hit the competition hard with Don't Be So Hard On Yourself to get a second number one.

This is Jess Glynne's second number one, after Hold My Hand which got to number one in April.

Sigma and Ella Henderson rebound one place to #2 with Glitterball, while Shine slides one place to #3. Black Magic falls three places from number one to #4, while David Soul enters the top 5 with Don't Give Up On Us.

Body Talk and Photograph climb one place to #6 and #7 respectively, while King falls four places to #8. Mirror Man is a non-mover at #9, while Philip George rounds off the top 10 with Afraid To Love.

Other entries

Unusually, this week there are more re-entries than new entries, with 4 returns and 3 new arrivals.

The highest new entry comes from Calvin Harris & Disciples, who enter twice with How Deep Is Your Love; the original is at #48, the R3hab is at #78. The only other new entry is Like I'm Gonna Lose You by Meghan Trainor featuring John Legend.

Following the announcement that the track was to be reworked by Avicii, Insomnia re-enters at #18.

The three other returns comes from James Bay's Let It Go, Vance Joy's Riptide and Ella Henderson's Pieces, which are at #63, #94 and #96 respectively.

The lack of new blood means a lack of movement in the chart, but perhaps surprisingly, it is the upwards that seems to suffer the most: the highest climber this week climbs only 14 places. That climber is The Weeknd's Can't Feel My Face. On the other hand, the biggest faller this week, Neon Jungle's Braveheart, falls a not unregular for a biggest faller 32 places.

Due to the lack of new blood, there is a lack of departures from the chart: to make matters worse, most departures this week entered less than a month ago: 1977, which entered last week, Good For You and Easy Love, which entered two weeks ago, and 74 Is The New 24, which entered three weeks ago, all drop out of the week.

However, there are some old songs departing, with Blame It On Me (although that re-entered last week), Never Let You Go (which re-entered 6 weeks ago) and Uptown Funk (which has been in the chart since last December) all dropping out.

Liking the Insomnia entry! Don't suppose the remix is 'included' here too?
