Wow, first time ever in Wenger's reign that Arsenal have been knocked out in the third round. A real spirited performance from Nottingham Forest there.

Arsenal reserves were awful - really wish we got them in the League Cup semi-finals instead of Manchester City! sad.gif

I suspect they will play near enough their full strength side in the League Cup. Two games away from Wembley.. definitely cannot see them putting out as weak a side as they did today.

They possibly will now they're out of the FA Cup (and the fact they're against Chelsea). I suspect they would have played a similar team against us though.

Getting drawn against Yeovil is brilliant for both teams, I remember Man United playing Yeovil in the FA Cup a few seasons' ago and they gave us a tough match so I expect it to happen again. Yeovil will get a decent amount of money from this tie and hopefully it will be shown on BBC One.

Newport vs Tottenham will be interesting to watch, particularly to see how Tottenham's players will cope with the non-league conditions.

Zoko will give you the run around wink.gif!!

Newports pitch is notoriously awful! I'm not sure if you were being factual here Houdini but Newport are a league club, not Non league.

Oh yes you're right, my bad! Newport only narrowly avoided relegation to the National League last season though.

What a crazy match that was between Chelsea & Norwich! The referee got most of the decisions spot on I think but that was never a dive from Willian and he shouldn't have been booked. Pedro's dive for his first yellow card was comical and even Morata went down too easily as well for his booking. Chelsea can't seem to score much or at all these days.

The Pedro dive was embarrassingly bad, made even more so by the fact that VAR was being used. It's just a shame they didn't appear to use VAR in the penalty shoot-out. Otherwise, Norwich would have been able to take their first penalty again.

Alexis Sanchez played really well tonight and was the deserved man of the match with 2 assists, hopefully there will be more performance like this to come from him. We need to take this Cup seriously this season as it could be our best chance of silverware now.

He was the best player on the pitch.. but you would expect that as he is the best player! I thought Yeovil played really well, especially in the first half. Man Utd were quite lucky to get away without conceding a goal. Their heads went after the f***-up for the opener.

Lukaku pops up with another goal that is irrelevant to the game laugh.gif

I did laugh when Lukaku when scored the 4th goal at the end. That is trademark Lukaku laugh.gif , I suppose 4 goals are better than 3 so no complaints from me laugh.gif

Wigan beating West Ham is not really a shock as they are flying high at the top of League One at the moment and if West Ham are not carefully they could play them again next season in the Championship.

I went to that Wigan match today. West Ham were awful, very deserved win for Wigan.

I was there too, alongside 5,000 other West Ham fans... ended up amusing ourselves with chanting 'we're f***ing shit'. Not even a shot on goal which says it all.

66/minutes and it is 7-1 to Swansea in the BBC live game quite easily against Notts County.
