Announced as one of the next live action movies in Disney's lineup, produced by Joe and Anthony Russo.
There's no more official news yet as far as I'm aware. There's A LOT of people wanting Ariana Grande to play Megara especially after she covered a 'I Won't Say I'm in Love' for ABC's "Disney Family Singalong" which could a huge teaser on their part. I'm not sure if she would take the role but there are rumours she'll be joining American Horror Story this year so if she is taking an acting detour this could be a huge role for her

Eh, I love Ariana Grande but I'm not here for her as an actress tbh. I saw some great suggestions for Megara such as Elizabeth Gillies or Hailee Steinfeld or Zendaya and I'd be here for all of them. Megara needs a stank b**ch to play her and she needs someone who can do her snark and sassy personality justice and Ariana will NOT do that even if she'll slay the songs. Megara is my fav Disney lady so I'm very invested in this casting

A Disney live action Hercules sounds interesting, especially since it's been done many times before. Hopefully Disney's will be more fun and colourful than the previous ones. Hercules is actually one of my favourite Disney animations it's so good, should be up there as one of their classics!
