Wasn't entirely sure if this should be in Pop or Indie so please feel free to move if you wish, mods!

British singer/songwriter Callum Burrows, better known as Saint Raymond, released his debut album Young Blood this week, and the midweeks are suggesting that it's heading for top 15, possibly top 10, in tomorrow's chart.

Not sure if anyone else here even knows who he is but Bray recommended Fall At Your Feet to me earlier this year and I loved it, and Come Back To You is one I've appreciated more recently, so I checked out the album and am very impressed, it's really consistent. Was able to meet him earlier after he played a short set at Banquet Records in Kingston, lovely guy, got a picture with him and he signed my album biggrin.gif

A few tracks to listen to if you wish (the two songs mentioned above plus I Want You, which was featured in an ITV advert):

He recently did a set at Shepherds Bush and was wonderful.

I've been meaning to check out his album... Any good?

It's very good! If you like what you've heard then you'll most likely be a fan of the album, it's along the same lines biggrin.gif

They had a lot of hype this time last yr but radio 1 have given up prob because of the lack of album release think they stuck with the circa waves - I certainly enjoyed most of their tracks nice indie pop and well crafted pop songs.
