I bet you have to pre order through itunes or something like that.
If that's the case, I'll wait. Songs are bound to be on youtube before long..... |

From
http://www.heraldsun.com.au/news/the-melbo...a-1226497311517 ROBBIE Williams' comeback album is being steered by two unknown Australian songwriters. Melbourne musicians Flynn Francis and Tim Metcalfe, both 24, co-wrote seven tracks on Williams' new album, Take The Crown. "They're two young spunks from Melbourne," Williams said yesterday. "They're amazing, really talented songwriters. Completely and utterly delusional, full of ego - they remind me of someone I used to know when I was their age. "They've got the sort of delusion and ego that they could take over the world. I love the lads to bits." The pair are in a band called Undercolours, who are yet to release any music, and live with their parents while at university. During a trip to LA to work as interns at recording studios, the pair met Williams' brother-in-law, who later played the superstar their songs. Williams began emailing the pair and summoned them to LA to write with him last October. "Tim and I got on a plane to LA not sure if it was a dream or a bad joke," Francis said yesterday. "But Rob loved what we were doing, we became really good mates. We were hanging out by his pool, hearing all the stories you could imagine." Williams joined Undercolours on stage in LA last year; Francis and Metcalfe will fly to London next month to see the star's comeback show. "It'll be incredible to hear our songs played live," Francis said. "But it won't feel real until I have the actual CD in my hand next month." Take The Crown is released on November 2. |

Where did these 2 spring from? Looks like the album might not be solely a Williams/Barlow collaboration after all |

Yes, but it's not a surprise.
Actually they (Rob and Gary) did together only 2 songs for Take The Crown: Candy and Different. Well, you have asked about snippets...I think it's too early to judge it. But I want to say something really good about at least one song - Into The Silence. It's instant hit for me. This post has been edited by Better Man: 16th October 2012, 10:07 PM |
