One week until releaee now, very excited for this because Shots and Gold are both lovely.

Unfortunately, I have a feeling this isn't going to match their debut but it should still be a fantastic listen.

I'm BUZZING for this album. 'I Bet My Life' is growing on me, but it's still my least favourite of what we've heard so far! 'Warriors' > 'Gold' > 'Shots' >>> 'I Bet My Life'. All very good though. I heard the Bastille remix of IBML today and it was absolutely dreadful.

Really need to see them live!

I Bet My Life is already up there with the highlights of the first album for me! I will have to listen to the rest sooner or later if they can match that.

Another fantastic album from them, they've really delivered. My immediate highlight is Shots, it's so strong. Reminds me a bit of something Take That would release actually

My current favourite is the title track 'Smoke + Mirrors'. But I'm loving the whole thing!

That's another of my favourites. Both 'Dream' and 'Hopeless Opus' are incredible too. This is a really strong album

8.6k lead on Sam Smith in the first midweeks who I expect will be their main competition, hopefully they can maintain the #1 spot. Very thankful the Brits are next week otherwise we could be looking at a Nina Nesbitt situation (on a lesser scale).

I did really like Night Visions, but 'I Bet My Life' put me off checking this out. Based on these comments I may do though.

Not really a dud for me, Hopeless Opus is gorgeous. So happy they've delivered with this album because I was worried after IBML.

'Shots', 'Gold', 'Smoke + Mirrors' & 'Friction' are the 4 I think would serve the best as singles! I've really grown to appreciate IBML a lot more too!

"I Bet My Life" is a very strange track to have lead the album with, now that I've heard the full thing. I think I actually prefer it to Night Visions as a whole, "It Comes Back to You", "Summer" and "Shots" are highlights for me.
