A few new announcements
 Pink is well and truly BACK! Thank you to everyone who visited & posted in the Pink forum in the last month. July 2012 has been a busy month Pink-wise, hopefully this will reflect on the Forum League Tables. Blow Me (One Last Kiss) is currently being released from Pink's sixth studio album The Truth About Love (set to be released in the UK 17th September 2012). Pink is currently in America on a promo tour, but she is set to visit the rest of the world very soon too. Over the next few months, more Pink songs & photos etc will be released, so keep checking back for the brand new Pink era. All I ask is for things to be posted in the relevant threads (eg. Chart news for TTAL in the album thread etc). That way there won't be loads of threads opening all over the place, and everything should be neat and tidy. I will update first posts in album/single threads with information when it is released, so its easier to find. Coming up in October, The Truth About Love rate. I will open this rate at the end of October (probably around the 15th, as I'm off work that week). So that will give us time to listen to the album before we rate the songs. Please don't open any rates for the album before them, because I will use my AF mod powers and close it  The next rate after that (by request of my lovely co-mod Regina) will be a B-sides rate. I'm not opening this one now, because we may hear new b-sides as this era progresses. I want to plan something for Christmas here too, so if anybody has any suggestions please pm me, as I havent decided on anything yet  Also, please follow my Pink History pages on facebook/twitter/tumblr. I'm not sure if any of you remember the thread I started in here last year, when I was just playing around with Pink History, but now it is bigger and better than ever. I have almost 800 fans on the facebook page, and just over 500 on twitter. I spent a long time putting the information together, and it is always growing. Just so you all know, the 'Pink on the road' forum will be starting to get a bit more used from now. (concerts etc only to be posted in the on the road forum, things like TV shows/interviews/one off performances to go in the promo thread in the main forum please)

Just a little update, mostly about the rate threads.
Regina & myself have been running through the album rates over the last 6 months or so, we are currently up to I'm Not Dead (results currently on going). After the I'm Not Dead rate we will have the Pink BuzzChart. I'm going to start this as an annual thing and do a chart every year (hopefully) and then we will carry on with the album rates. I will also be throwing in a few other rates (setlists, singles etc), just to keep the forum going while Pink is on a break. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know (either in this thread or via pm!) I'm already planning things for next year...watch this space ;-) |
