ATRL seem to think the lead is dropping on August 18th which is the best we have atm, I'll get the ball rolling with the thread for it *.*
I am so READY
Yassss please
HDD have posted this!
In the coming soon section:
"You know who we're talkin' about."
I really think this is gonna come next week now!! <3 <3
I'm intrigued by it. PLEASE be as good as something from '1989'!
While the media coverage is limited, she is getting good press from the way she is handling herself in this trial. Seems like the perfect moment for a triumphant return to music as soon as the trial comes to an end over the weekend.
Looks like August 25th if ATRL are to be believed It'd make sense with Justin releasing on Thursday so they don't clash lmao, plus it's just after the trial as Ryan said so seems a perfect time and it's her usual period to release!
I *think* it could knock Justin off the top spot if it's a strong lead single tbh. I think she is pretty much the only solo female artist alongside Adele and Rihanna who could do that.
I really hope it's soon, I'm impatient!! I MISS HER
It's expected to come out next Friday. Apparently, the music video will be too.
Omg YAAAAAAASSS, I expected that tbh, shame w have to wait a whole week from now but IT IS COMING
Excited! And even better, it'll mean Justin gets knocked off #1 after just one week
And lo and behold she finally has Spotify on her side
My super clever technological friend has just been inspecting the source code of Taylor's blacked out website, and he's found a countdown script with the countdown scripted to end at 25th August 2017 at 1pm ET (6pm here). Presumably this is ready to go live at some point.
I haven't seen anyone mention this anywhere, and I've been keeping my eyes open like a hawk. Perhaps it has just been added as I imagine people would have seen it when finding the "igotablankspace" code that they found yesterday. This could be quite an exclusive! If the Taylor Buzzjack forum has a Twitter account you should mention it and get those RTs!
The coding itself!
https://imgbb.com/
So "Date(082517)" is of course 25th August 2017
"Time (1300) Zone (-4)" US east coast time is currently GMT-4
Then in the green "082517(1800 +0100)" which is the countdown being changed into our time zone, 6pm (GMT+1) which we are currently in
Omg incredible that he managed to do that!!!
That's while I'm waiting for a plane back from Glasgow so I can download it before I get on and jam all night to it <3 <3 <3 I've told Sam on Facebook if she can maybe tweet for forum hype but she's away this weekend.
Haha! He's tweeted a photo of another of his coding findings (that is way too complicated and went over my head so wouldn't be able to tell you what it means, https://twitter.com/thequalitydan) and someone from CNN has DMed him about it!
All I get from that is that something when decoded comes up with "chronology" which I guess fits in with the time rumours~
Yeah I get nothing from that either The countdown is enough exciting info for me *.*
1pm seems like an odd time for a random radio premiere or iTunes premiere, I'm sensing live stream *.*
SIO can intgram in at I M OK
TELL NE WHT TO OIST AND ILL OSIT BITCHES *.*
CHEKC MY INSTA
DID U OOST RIGHT HING??
Surprisingly, yes
Haha amazing!!
RU I LUV YA AND YA FRIEND <3 <3 we ready to soak iTunes thread *.* !!
Also fm if I failed all my gcse's I know I have tyaykir the next Dua releaessibg so all good in life!!!
I want the countdown to go live already!!
Omg same just to know FOR SURE it is coming and I can keep seeing tangibly how close it is!
I'm the same too! Her website is completely down now rather than blacked out so hopefully they are changing something.
Hopefully! Maybe the website will go live in 20 mins as isn't that the time Ryan said the single may be released here
What are you expecting this to sound like?
I'm thinking between 3 types atm. A moody and dark pop song, an all out pop banger taking the mick out of her persona (e.g. Blank space) and I've forgotten the other one
Oh yes perhaps we'll get a 5 day countdown beginning from 6pm, who knows!
I can't see her going full-out pure uptempo pop, I'm thinking mid-tempo along the lines of Blank Space and Wildest Dreams but also completely different as Taylor will never do the same thing twice!
Any chance this in the New York Times today is Taylor related?
Omg hopefully! <3 that's the kind of hype idea that I could easily see Taylor pulling *.*
Omggg imagine!!!!
I'm just gonna lowkey be expecting it every day this week knowing Taylor :')
The old Facebook page is back with everything deleted on it! 74 million followers saved
Imagine if all this was just a hacker or tech issue and she's not planning anything :')
I did think that for quite a while on Friday!
The font on that New York Times ad is VERY similar to the one on her Tumblr from what I can see
Something is definitely happening today, probably whilst the eclipse is happening
She's announcing her desire to be an astronaut.
This https://twitter.com/AshLondonLIVE/status/899593839760908293 is saying expect something 4AM (AEST) which is 7PM (GMT) and also happens to be roughly when the eclipse ends on the east coast!! Sounds plausible!
omg I'm so so excited that we will finally probs get something today!!
Is this Taylor related?!
http://timeless.com
Checked some details on it and it was created in 2001 using GoDaddy That's a no then...
TEASER ON TWIYTTER!!!
No sound and who knows what it means but she's coming!!!
omg is it a snake !
I think so 😂😂
Legit freaking out rn!
Queen of self-awareness *.*
OMG I really think this is a hacker if not then she has a much better sense of humour than I thought.
Imagine she drops something BIG right when Katy drops the Swish Swish vid.
I'd be shock if this was a hack, if it was surely Taylor wouldn't have left it three days without any message about being hacked or an attempt at recovering the accounts!
It's not a hack. She's doing what Alaska did, and appearing as a snake when everyone called her one as a faux-funny was of "shaking it off" yawn. Someone pass me the sword of Gryffindor.
wonder if we will get another hint at 5?!

In 30 minutes, as a show of power, @taylorswift13 will blot out the sun.
ONE MINUTE till we get something possibly!!!!!!
Joseph KahnVerified account @JosephKahn 29m29 minutes ago
Guys please don't look at the eclipse directly because of this tweet. Thanks.
stop teasing us!!!!! (Joseph Kahn is the person who directed Bad Blood & Blank Space videos and regularly works with Taylor!)
Her website is now white!!!
(someone else plz post here so I'm not talking to myself!!)
The snake! :')
it's too much!
The snake!! :') She knows herself well x
The site is back! It's just a black screen again, though. The site logo shown in the tab is a pink 'TS', not sure if that's always been there.
I'm not sure if https://twitter.com/jasonlipshutz/status/899665870204653570 (now deleted) was something related to this, but Jason Lipshutz, Billboard's Music Editor, tweeted "Timeless".
Also, does anyone know who is Clare Turton Derrico? Taylor is following her on Instagram.
2 minutes possibly? ugh something better happen I'm tired of waiting and clues!!!!!
Could Timeless be a title? Album or single. I prefer Eclipse as a title but like TImless too.
Yeah Timeless is a massive rumour atm! I really like the sounds of it and it fits with that clock image that leaked from a video shoot ages ago iirc
Okay so 7pm didn't happen :/// 7:50pm tonight is our LAST hope for it coming today, that's when the eclipse peaks in New York!
Regarding "Timeless", it's been said that it's a registered song back in 2010 during the Speak Now era, so... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I am going to die if she gives me self-aware evil Taylor
It's all I want
If it was "Timeless" I imagine lyrical themes similar to that of "Long Live" but with instrumentation similar to that of "State of Grace" or "Castle On The Hill".
I've given up on us getting anything else today :///
Taylor isn't following anyone again so it's gone back to 0 from 1
It's so crazy the lengths that Taylor and her team go to to put clues in where we least expect them:
https://twitter.com/TSwiftDailyNews/status/899727233203548161
Omg that is so clever!!!
Friday 25th August - Lead Single
Confirmed.
YASSSSSSSS <3
Sources say its poppy and she's continuing to go down the pop route <3
I had to
One last big performer at the VMA's is being unveiled in two days! Surely Taylor? *.*
Another day, another snake video 🐍
What you up to Taylor?
Omg I got a notification from twitter saying Taylor had tweeted and I then lost service for 15 minutes!! I'm bored of all this teasing now though tbh, give us a snippet or live stream announcement or something!!
(I had a feeling though it would be exactly what we got today if we were gonna get something, I feel Wednesday will reveal a big piece of information if she's still doing it)
^ of course....
Omg the troll of that latest teaser lmaoooo GIVE US A CLIP WOMAN. At least we pretty much know it's coming Friday.
Another thing from US Weekly, as with everything else who knows if it's true 😂
Another new and pointless and kinda scary silent clip of a snakes face up now.
This is really getting so irritating give us a clip, or a live stream announcement, or name, or time of premiere or something
I think that's it for the snake videos now, next announcement tomorrow will be a single or live stream announcement I imagine!
The songs out on Friday so this is all just awareness that it's coming surely?
Indeed!
Along with the album cover stuff in the other thread, the lead single is supposedly 8:47 this is why I'm not believing either atm!
The album is caused Reputation, according to PopCrave on twitter
THE LEAD IS 9 MINUTES LONG
LEAD TOMORROW
!!!!!!!!
SOMEONE HOLD ME
OMG 9 MINUTES LONG SCALP ME FOR EXTENDED PERIODS QUEEN
A DAY EARLY AS WELL AHDJADKHDAJKDJHJS
Surely the 8:47 can't be real?? Harry Styles leading with a near-six minute song didn't do favours for him on streaming, it won't for Taylor either beyond hype/curiosity streams in the first week.
It doesn't sound likely to me either tbh, is there a source for that?
It's the same source that posted the album cover and the album release date. The cover was real and the date was fake so there's a 50% chance, I think its probs false!
12:01 FRIDAY EST
I'M STAYING UP HELP ME
Or just set your alarm for 5!
I hope by long that's like SOTT long and not 8:47 if we are gonna have a long song Tbh I wouldn't mind a 5-6 minute song considering ATW and Enchanted are both those lengths <3
The fact it really could be 9 minutes worries a little. Please don't mess this up TayLord.
Perez has just made that up I imagine, all of us could've managed that from what we've read/heard! Apparently E! news have actually said this album (slightly wrong topic here) is folk/singer-songwriter. Now I would be up for that if it were true, I'm still definitely getting "Divide" vibes.
How sure are we that its coming in just over 6 hours?
Ah okay, thanks!
It'll probably be 4am as US iTunes updates at 11pm ET for some reason, I'll be staying up either way!
I'm really nervous though, I fear she's either going to go VERY out of the box and/or "urban" and that I'm not going to like it (and that its not going to be successful). Pull through Taylor!
Me and Liam I'm pretty sure as well will be staying up till then so see you when it premieres!!
I've put an alarm on for 4AM so I'll see you guys then!
Omg I'm getting the folky singer songwriter vibes
I just want an all out pop banger. A pop song has to be really special to pull off being lengthy! So I hope she can do it. I'm excited to hear it!
I assume the length was false like the album release date leak but you never know!
A clip of the video will be shown on GMA tomorrow I think!
http://reputationworldtour.com
30 MINUTES TILL THE SINGLE
WAIT WHAT??!!
imagine if it's another clips of a snake tho......
OMG!!
OMG
I'M NOT READY!!!!!!
ASDDGJKL
Why did she say 'tomorrow night' on her IG? Fake surely?
Omg no way!! really hyped if we're getting it so soon then!
(What a day this is turning out to be for you Sam!! Slaying your GCSEs and getting new Taylor )
The site is supposedly fanmade messT!!!!!
We need to stop falling for this stuff
Oh :') keeping the site open anyway to see what actually comes I bet you're right about it being the 'Swish Swish' video Andrew lmaao
Ugh, sorry guys!
Omg it's Rick Astley - Never Gonna Give You Up Buzzjack has been rickrolled
FFS IT'S RICK ASTELY :')
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
FFS NOOOO
I wonder if Tommie posted that site to try and convert us all into Rick Astley stans
The new song sounds okay. Not a fan of the name change though. Also sounds like something from 1987. Very dated!
Banger this is gonna go straight to #1 x
It'd be pretty amaze if it turned out her people were behind these fakes too.
Was just coming to post that! That sounds really good
Hurry Up Taylor ffs
LOL at all this
All the hype fences will probably be better than the actual song tbh
jk
it's 9 hours 'til the song and we don't even have a teaser, artwork, or a title
If its 8minutes long then I wonder how she'll do on spotify...
5 and a 1/2 hours to go!! Who's ready and who's staying up? <3
In about an hours time I'll be doing my Taylor top 50 countdown so it would be fab to see some of you here and commenting!
Also would anyone be interested in the ultimate Taylor album track plug session in an hour as well as it's only 10 songs?!
Many people at Taylor's record label haven't heard it yet
“No one who didn't need to 100% hear [the song] before tonight has heard it,” says the source. “She is thrilled that the album name and stuff didn't leak before and she got to control it. She was very upset in 2014 when the album name got out before she was ready.”
Rumoured to be called About To Explode! (Someone else please post in here with me messT )
I am proper buzzing for this, I was unsure I'd stay awake and make it but it's only 3 hours now and I've been away since Monday so once I proper catch up on BJ and then Youtube and stuff it'll be basically time
I'm also staying awake *.*
Yasssss *.* i'm so so hyped <3
(come join me in my Taylor countdown which I'll go as far as until 3am if people start commenting!)
This is the apparent evidence: https://twitter.com/GMA/status/900853605711982592
Can't tell if its a single title or just a figure of speech, ATRL are having a breakdown over potential insensitivity of the title anyway.
Hello, anyone in here?!
I think we should plug dj and countdown, no?
I would do but I'm in bed now and I'm multitasking sorting out last minute birthday presents 😂
Also someone help me, I've listened to Taylor over 400 times in the last seven days, who knows how crazy that figure will get when this song debuts 😂
I'm too nervous to do anything! Just constantly refreshing ATRL and Popjustice
Omg at this thread being like 3 posts away from overtaking the total posts in the Shake It Off thread despite not even premiering yet!!!
Reputation era slayage
so here gyalsss
Does anyone know if this is coming at 4 or 5?!
Looks like 5 ffs I need to sleep nooo
Omg no
IS IT CALLED "LOOK WHAT YOU MADE ME DO"???
"Look What You Made Me Do" is the title.
Okay for potential titles we now have:
Reputation
Timeless
About To Explode
Look What You Made Me Do
Something snake related
Watch it be none of these 😂😂😂
I saw Look What You Made Me Do on twitter but the thing wasn't on Beats 1's Instagram Unless they accidentally tweeted it and had to rush take it down lmao
Yeah it was a fake account!
48 minutes to go...
I love that title if it's real
UNDER AN HOUR TO GO!!!!
Was it definitely their verified account Juan?
Omg all these fake or non fake speculation bits
Anyway KIIS have confirmed a premiere at midnight ET, 5am UK time and you can stream here: http://www.radio-hitz.com/English/kiis-1027-fm.htm
Thanks for that link ❤️ I'm beyond hyped rn!!
I'm now ending my Taylor listening for now by listening to the previous 5 leads <3 <3 all of them still slay so badly *.*
I do really like that title so I do hope its true!
Also this thread has now overtaken the posts for every 1989 single despite not even premiering!! 😂😂😂
That's what a thousand fake rumours and a Rick Astley countdown does *.*
A masterclass in hype building yet again from Taylor
It seems a lifetime ago when Taylor lead singles (Mine) leaked weeks in advance
I'm listening to Mine atm *.* I completely forgot that leaked in advance 😂
Omg and only half an hour to go!!!!
28 MINUTES
it's out

THIS IS PERFECT OMFG ITS REMINDING ME OF LORDE QUITE A BIT!!
IM SORRY THE OLD TAYLOR CANT COME TO THE PHONE RN!!!
Omfg 😭😭❤️ This is perfection
SENSATIONAL
IM SORRY THE OLD TAYLOR CANT COME TO THE PHONE RIGHT NOW...
...COS SHES DEAD!!!
IM LEGIT SHAKING AND CRYING
THE MIDDLE 8!!!
This is so instant for me
This is surely gonna be a massive #1?!!
i'm guessing it's a jack antoff production...i find it a non-plusse on first listen; more personality and less music as i expected and ultimately very clunky and disjointed
tho that's after one listen, brb in 2 days xxx
It is Jack Antonoff!
It's not as instant as WANEGBT or SIO were, but it's a really good song and I think I'll grow to like it even more with repeated listens! The "cause she's dead" bit is my favourite part
Mixed reaction to this ~
The pre-chorus is fab (very much Lorde vibes as I was hoping what with the Jack Antonoff production), I like the instrumental during the chorus as well, and the middle 8 is also good. But the chorus itself is a bit underwhelming on first listen and the whole 'the old Taylor can't come to the phone right now cos she's dead' thing is a bit gimmicky and cringeworthy (it reminds me of the spoken bit near the end of WANEGBT which was the most obnoxious part of an extremely obnoxious song).
Not as strong as 'Shake It Off' but not bad. Will probably be a bit of a grower. xx
second listens A CHARM
v clever in a melodrama context
good for taylor
Omg the lyric video!!!! This is perfect 😭😭
Someone hold me
it's quite lorde crossed with fergie
challenging, fascinating, and an evolution...interested to see how the campaign evolves up to the start of november!
I LOVE IT SO MUCH!! TEARS HAPPENING HERE, LEGIT TEARS 😭
I'm already on listen 9 obsessed!!
If I say I like this does that make me complicit with murder?
Taylor has teamed up with Target to release two 72-page magazines showcasing personal poetry, photos, handwritten lyrics & artwork by Taylor
So hyped to see that <3
F*CKING HELL THIS SONG IS FIRE
And now I finally realized why Taylor deleted all her social media posts
THIS SAMPLES IM TOO SEXY BELIEVE IT OR NOT (Right Said Fred are credited)
Disappointed on first listen but I think its growing on me with each listen
I'm still listening on repeat omg this is gonna go on for like 7 hours again like I did with SIO 😂😂
Also yasss at what I presume the standard version of the album having more tracks than 1889 *.*
Don't know how I didn't catch that Right Said Fred sample Strange. x
#1 in the US already
One spot on Spotify NMF playlist and cover pic!
#58 on UK iTunes
BANGERRRR
That's a fab start considering it's 5am 😂😂
SIO didn't start this fast did it and that was like 11pm?
omg this is amazing...I must say that I was a tiny bit not so satisfied with chorus after all that building, but then by the time the chorus came for second time, I already got addicted.
Queen of music in back!!!
The spotify promotion is INCREDIBLE! She's #1 on hot hits uk and today's top hits as well with cover of hot hits ❤️💜
(Also I'm still listening on repeat!!)
23 listens later and this is already in my top 2 of the year!! 😂
Given this a second listen with the lyric video... I really like the visuals of the lyric video but actually if anything the song sounded worse on second listen oops! That chorus is just so nothingy and really kills the song's momentum. Hmm ~
I think we mentioned this already but a clip of the video is being premiered on Good Morning America this morning! <3 <3 I'm so ready, I really think the video could be utterly incredible *.*
This is v Peaches
So I'm in
Judging by the title I thought this was gonna be another Katy diss track and some of the lyrics make me a bit eh..
The chorus is the worst part of the song but overall K cans ee this growing into one of my taylor faves
I'm so so disappointed. I was expecting a huge pop song.
Major Lorde vibes, reminds me of The Louvre in parts. Would sound perfect on Melodrama.
It's indeed very lorde. I think the chorus is a let down personally.
She has an 85% lead in America already!!!!!!
Now that's incredible. Hope the UK follows the same suit (despite disliking it!)
Y'all need to listen to Melodrama again if you think this would fit.
This is so Peaches goes pop, and a little nod to Mean Girls
The lyrics at a bit of a choice? Being the victim again?
It's really good... apart from that chorus. The last chorus is the only bearable one but yeah, maybe that'll grow on me. The build-up's are incredible so it's a shame it couldn't grow into something more.
I kinda like it.
Im getting more of a Selena Gomez vibe from this than a Lorde vibe btw
Also: http://www.rollingstone.com/music/news/taylor-swift-new-song-look-what-you-made-me-do-apparent-kanye-west-diss-w499090
Absolutely love this, so instant. Perfect comeback.
Great lyric video too, v Saul Bass.
Agree with the Peaches goes pop comparison!
I love it!
So maybe 1989 wasn't a fluke after all.
I'm not a massive fan of this in the slightest, I usually love the majority of her singles but I can't even at her constantly playing victim.
I'm currently like " " with this. I don't think it's anywhere near as good as the singles from her past two albums but I guess I can see the charm...maybe?
The chorus is terrible though.
Omg this is so different idk how I feel
I agree with with Tim, I'm also getting more Selena than Lorde from this.
The old taylor can't come to the phone right now, why? She's dead
SCREAMING!!!!!
It's a bit of Lorde, a bit of Selena, a bit of Peaches, but most of all it's "I'm too sexy for my shirt" on the chorus.
This chorus is such a grind in the club bop
It's mot what I was expecting at all but really interestingly different. I do like the pre-chorus the most but the chorus and the bridge just fall flat for me, I'm not a fan of repeated lines. Also, it's so dull for her to play the victim yet again as others have said, she's a very good manipulator.
Also, I feel the I'm Too Sexy is more that they wrote it, it sounded too similar, so they cleared a sample before they were sued.
It sounds like one of the weaker tracks on Witness, if it was on there ya'll would be hating it.
Hmm... It's all a bit too Lorde for me to properly invest in this (I don't get how people are getting Selena vibes at all ) and the lyrics of her being the victim again is quite off putting, but it's not terrible. It's an interesting sound for her.
When the song started I was thinking this was a bit Katy Perry 'Teenage Dream' era-esque. Then it just evolved into a Lorde song from there.
Hmm... I'll listen to it again at some point but we shall see where I stand with it after I've gotten used to it. But for now, it's alright.
My expectations weren't that high (*), but this is far better than I expected!
(*) They never are when an artist experiments with a 'new' sound.
Her worst song, I'm very disappointed with her new sound.
She is very far from country now and even not pure pop singer anymore.
I've listened to this 80 times already I think now the initial hype has died down, I'd put this just under Shake It Off instead of this being better than that! The middle 8 is utterly glorious *.*
Not mad on it on first listen. I'm not a huge stan but really enjoyed her last album and was kinda relying on Taylor to bring a big pop song. This is...unexpected.
It'll probably grow but it's not what I was expecting or, tbh, hoping for.
Tbh I would probs like this if it was on witness since the production actually sounds finished unlike half of the album
Haha yeah it would definitely be a highlight on 'Witness'...
Solid comeback.
I don't think she needed to clear a sample for Right Said Fred anymore than she needed to clear a sample for Fergie - Fergalicious tbh.
I thought this long drawn out "feud" was over. She's really milking it now realising a whole album about it..
It's okay, I was expecting worse tbh. I kind of like it, but the lyrics are so cringeworthy, especially the old Taylor is dead line.
Enjoying this lots at the moment and I'm glad she come back with something quite different to 1989. I agree with those saying the chorus is probably the weakest part but it's already stuck in my head and the production on it is fantastic. Just glas she's back really and whilst I'm not loving this as much as most of the 1989 singles, it's another great track to add to her discography.
The chorus reminds me of Meghan Trainor's "Me Too" more than anything else, which shouldn't be a good thing but it's so catchy. On first listen I'd have liked the chorus to explode, but by second listen I was used to it and completely in love.
Way better and more instant than "Shake It Off" was for me.
I kinda like this and I could see it growing on me a lot, but I 100% agree that that 'old Taylor can't pick up the phone' thing is kinda painful to listen to, I wouldn't mind this being Number 1 for half a year tho tbh, I can't see this getting as grating so fast
This is probably playlisted on radio 1 *.* (there's a blank space on both the A list and B list!)
I figured if she's doing a 'feud' album it would be directed at Kanye and Kim, not Katy P.
After two listens, I do like it but it's not her best lyrically. The production is great though and I personally love the spoken section. I thought it sounded more like "Me Too" than anything else on first listen.
Okay I've now played this over 100 times I'm legit a mess 😂😂
Ooh this is way more sonically intriguing than I was expecting! I was a bit unsure on first listen, 'cause it felt a bit clunky in places and the chorus felt underwhelming when it followed on from the amazing building of the pre-chorus. But on second listen it is properly clicking with me, it's so catchy! The chorus also reminded me of Meghan Trainor's 'Me Too' more than anything haha. Killer production, love the Lorde vibes of the pre-chorus and that lyric video is quite something *.* this is already her best lead single for me.
This is incredible *.* Will comment in full when I get access to a computer but like she's gonna give us the album of the year again, I can feel it *.*
Don't really like the Lorde comparisons because the whole of Lorde's album is much more melodic than this.
I absolutely love the pre-chorus, it has the kinda punch the rest of the song is so lacking in. I also think making yet another diss song is uninspiring and boring. Is that the only artistic insight you have now, do you have nothing else you want to say as an artist who can use music to talk about anything? I just think it's a bit dull to launch with a track on the same subject matter as your last big hit.
Maybe it will grow but I think it's overall pretty average and lazy. Not bad by any means but definitely not the kinda shining moment she wants it to be. 6.5/10.0
I really want to like this but I wasnted some kid of dark pop banger, this is kinda....nothingy.
Plus a lto fo the lyrics are cringe. I want her to own her reputation and be strong and bile filled but most of the time she comes off as whiney and even when she tries to be
indipendent and strong it comes off as majorly "umm what are you doing?"
No matter who it is about, she seems easily riled and it's not a good look overall.
She comes across very unlikable with these constant diss tracks. Get over it and stop trying to go for this 'i'm hard done by by the world, but i'm still a bad bitch so don't mess with me' persona constantly. That bad attitude also ends up effecting her artistic integrity (I sound like Natalia Kills rn, but still) as it makes her sound like a bitchy schoolgirl with nothing else to say apart from airing all her drama and dirty laundry in public constantly.
The video stills look incredible! <3
(I can't post them atm cos I'm on my phone so it's too hard!)
Shonda Rhimes has posted a trailer for the return of TGIT (Grey's Anatomy, Scandal, How to Get Away with Murder) on Instagram with "LWYMMD" as the soundtrack!
Video premiere Sunday at VMA's!
Actually, this does remind me a LOT of that Peaches track 'Operate' (the one which features in Mean Girls), I kind of thought that from the first listen.
Everytime I hear the vhorus, I hear the MTrain and 'if i was you i'd wanna be me too'
My first thought when listening to this was that she's been watching a lot of Arya Stark in Game of Thrones
I do agree with others that the fact it's a 'diss' track annoys me, she should take her own advice and shake it off ;o (but then she's not the only one guilty of that, I just hate musical 'feuds' in general projected through songs, honestly just grow the hell up) and 'the old Taylor can't come to the phone' lyric is utterly cringeworthy. Putting these aside though, I really like it on first listen really dark and intense and I think the chorus works in exemplifying the song's quiet rage, a big pop chorus wouldn't have worked with the theme. I'm more intrigued for the album now!
Although I must say, knowing about the Right Said Fred sample just makes this is a little less intense now...
Honestly the lyrics are some proper pathetic bullshittery. The pre-chorus is heavenly and I'm weirdly into it despite it being a f***ing mess structurally and having the lyrical integrity of a 50 Shades book. The mess is kinda part of its charm
I'm not sure about this myself after first listen, I was expecting something bigger sounding.
Also I wish she'd let the beef go and just stick to writing good pop songs like 'Style'.
Over a 93% lead in the US
I can't believe the love for this - the production is great, but the song is bloody terrible. Usually a fan of this sort of stuff, but it's terrible.
The verses aren't too bad, but not loving the chrous - talk about My Humps.
This has already sold +100k in America supposedly!! Bye Despacito *.*
I've tried a few more times and with each passing play it gets even worse it really could well be her worst song yet.
The lead up was so on point; her owning the snake thing, the meaning behind the album title and artwork, but the product is just....ick.
Other than the sound being a bit more ellectic, this is just the same old victim thing.
Yeah I listened to it a few more times and it got worse. Don't know if it was just my headphones but it sounded so "nothingy". Like it finished and I was thinking "was this the same song I heard on the radio?".
On repeat right now, weird af but already one of her best! *.* It reminds me slightly of 'Bad Liar', that can only be a good thing <3
It's not growing, but it's not getting any worse for me.
Beyond the initial hype, I'm struggling to see it holding up too great chart wise. Maybe about 12 weeks top 40 (which would be poor by Taylor's standards in todays chart climate) but we'll see. It's obvz gonna do big things for the first 3 or 4 weeks or so.
The reaction is very mixed. Hopefully the next single can convince people to buy the album.
I much prefer 'Blank Space' to 'Shake It Off', 'I Knew You Were Trouble' to 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' and 'You Belong With Me' to 'Love Story'. I forget what the first two singles from the other eras were but she is usually queen of the second single. This is the first Taylor lead I've loved so I'd be impressed if she could top it for me!
I preferred Blank Space to SIO but tbh 3 minute of Taylor bupring to the theme song of The Big Bang Theory would be better than SIO
I seem to prefer the second singles in the even number eras (YBWM/IKYWT) so hopefully that's a sign for this era! I would be shock if the next song isn't an irresistible pop song like Blank Space or something that's not too risky!
I'm so excited for the video for this though, I really think it's going to be incredible!
WANEGBT, Shake It Off and LWYMMD all fit the bill of headline-grabbing, quite polarising and slightly novelty first single which storms Taylor onto the scene. Her second singles definitely seem to be the big pop moments that get everyone on side!
Don't fix what ain't broke!
I'm really disappointed with this... it's so forgettable I was hoping for something more like "Wildest Dreams", that's the perfect bridge between her older music and her poppy post-2012 music
I've gone from enjoying the Peaches similarities to really disliking this. The lyrics and narrative just aren't as smart as she thinks they are, and she comes across like the victim again. It's banal and I think it's going to backfire after the hype. The video needs to be incredible.
The chorus is such a choice and just doesn't work in the same way something like The Louvre does.
The pre-chorus and middle 8 are my favourite parts, I get why people don't like the chorus but it gives that song the full vibe I think Taylor was going for, it really wouldn't work without it imo
I feel like she could have made such a statement with this which just makes it all the more disappointing.
She's been silent for a year, post election/Kanye/controversies etc, and this is what she comes back with?
No honey.
Everything leading up to the chorus is wonderful...and then IT kicks in...and just WHAT AN ABSOLUTE MONSTROSITY.
It really is 'Me Too' and that's one of the worst things I've ever heard
No
I do see what people mean about the lyrics on subsequent listens, it's basically like her acknowledging that she has a lot of power in the celebrity circuit and she'll tear down anyone who dares to upset her and destroy their reputation (which is the main thing I don't like about her really).
I still like this song though!
Me Too is a bop tbh. It's better.
This has been torn down by a lot of top critics including Guardian, Pitchfork and Vulture.
This has broken the VEVO record for most views on a lyric video in its first 24 hours! <3
I really think this COULD have been a great lead single as the pre-chorus and middle 8 are brilliant but it's just let down by a big damp squib of a chorus, it's so frustrating (I know people said the same thing about 'Shake It Off' but that worked 10x better than this does even if it was also a bit basic and repetitive). All fingers crossed that the second single will be much better than this because I was actually quite looking forward to this era after how much I liked '1989', her second singles have always been better so far like Jade said.
This very much feels like her Roar moment.
Thing is, Roar was a huge anthem and this is pathetic compared to it chorus-wise. It's just so underwhelming and nothingy that it makes the rest of the song pointless, as all the lovely buildup fizzles out into nothing again and again. So anticlimatic.
Interesting article about the subject matter of the song, and I do completely agree with it:
https://www.bustle.com/p/taylor-swifts-look-what-you-made-me-do-shows-she-hasnt-learned-a-damn-thing-78914?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=owned&utm_campaign=feminismbustle&utm_term=share
Does this remind anyone of Sheezus by Lily Allen? The last minute in both songs are quite similar!
Not saying she copied lol just saying that I think the songs are structured in a very similar way!
Idk what it is with this song but I'm obsessed. It's her best lead single by a long way (and I loved Shake It Off and WANEGBT!) and a masterpiece. I genuinely don't know what's got me so hooked *.* *insert ATRL kneeling thingy*
Same, I've been travelling all day so this is my first coherent thoughts of it and pretty much not listened to anything else It's not a huge pop moment or something that's really her but it's really worming its way into my affections. I do love this sort of sligtly off kilter pop sound though, it feels like a Julia Michaels write in a way. That isn't to say it's like groundbreaking or revolutionary, but it's got quirks to it like the spoken repetitive chorus and I am always a sucker for this sort of song. I had it on repeat for my whole flight (only an hour but still) and it's one of those songs where I keep finding new bits to love every listen. Idk how it compares to leads like WANEGBT, SIO and Love Story because they're all huge exactly what you see on the tin sort of things whereas this is slowly burning (I did love it first listen but it's just creeping up and up).
Good on her for trying something else and not going for the obvious huge pop smash for lead single, she's the sort of artist that can get away with it bc it's divisive not universally hated, plus she'll get a number 1 from the hype and then as usual I expect the secnd single will be something a bit more obvious of a hit even if this "only" stays at the top for a week or two.
I get the problem with the lyrics even as a stan but she's one of those artists why I just bloody LOVE the music and don't really try to get caught up in who she is or how she goes about. I think some of the criticism are ridiculous though, like saying she's deliberately releasing the album on the anniversary on Kanye's mum's death Of by all means dislike the song, it's clearly going to divide people, but at least dislike it for the lyrics or the production or whatever, I proper cba with people who tear her down for nitpicky niggly things when most other people manage to explain thair feelings towards the song or her well enough without such reaching.
Yeah I'm really loving this, been playing it a lot today. Think it's getting a hard time tbh!
I can't believe she has the nerve to call a song ''Look What You Made Me Do'' after everything that has happened + her 3000 other songs in which she is the victim. Is that what feminism is about? She should just own up to her snake personality.
It is such a good song, I am not normally a Taylor fan but this song is so good!
So many ridiculous reviews....
People need to lighten up...it's a song. It's meant to be fun. Stop taking things so seriously!
Who cares if she's being the victim again or not owning up to being a snake, I don't see how any of that makes her disgusting or why it should be a problem?
Fair play to her team, it's definitely got people talking which is obviously what they want anyway! They know exactly what they're doing, anything she releases now will face massive scrutiny so they might as well release something that gives those people exactly what they want.
🙃
I'm not even a huge fan of hers...some of the things I've seen are so ridiculous though.
And it is fun. Agenda-driven of course, but you can't expect anything less than that from someone as high profile and highly-scrutinised.
Like I said, lighten up.
Exactly!
She's not dumb, I'd prefer if she didn't invite such scrutiny by writing about stuff like this but it's gonna get people talking and set up the new era well to have such a divisive song and themes that can be discussed like this. As has been said, anything she releases is gonna be highly scrutinised and analysed, so why not capitalise on it to launch the lead in the best way? It feels if she did release an actual banger the usual quarters would say she's pandering to get a hit or something.
There have been people on my social media non stop going on and on and on about how awful a song this is, how awful she is, and honestly if a popstar's lyrics affect your life that much that you have to harp on, go outside. On here I haven't really see any problems, people are explaining properly how they feel about the song or her and I can't begrudge that even if I don't agree, I think it's more just stan Twitter but tbh they can barely handle a live performance or music video without being immature idiots, let alone a huge lead like this with themes like this, so moot point really I need a clarout of my Twitter because some of the stans are absolutely awful, not just to Taylor but anyone other than their designated fave or anyone who might chart higher in a given week than their fave act's latest single.
The one major positive I'd say about this song is that it's a sonically interesting listen. It's not particularly melodic, but there's unusual-sounding & catchy elements throughout (even the chorus, which seemed underwhelming at first, has got stuck in my head). It's an unexpected sound. For that, it's worth playing.
The lyrics... very predictable and tired, but I can overlook them & enjoy the song for its sound. I just hope the rest of her album explores different themes, and that it isn't just one long "woe is me" / "you better not mess with me" narrative throughout, because I'd find that tedious.
Music is fun yes etc but you can't attempt to make a statement and then not have people analyse it. I would say a lot of the criticism is actually pretty valid.
Debuts #1 in all major markets on Spotify
This article is basically why I'm uneasy about the song's theme & Taylor in general. It's a really interesting read whether you agree or not: https://www.buzzfeed.com/elliewoodward/how-taylor-swift-played-the-victim-and-made-her-entire-caree?utm_term=.stPkYqPNW#.reGQ1GVqa
There's definitely a big contrast to 'not asked to be part of this narrative' and helping your career through publicity of your ex-relationships. The stuff around Harry Styles is particularly grating for me.
Tbh, I genuinely thought more people would be all over this. But from what I can tell, it seems to be mainly just her stans (with the odd one or two exceptions).
It's baffling to me because like I said before, it sounds like such a Lorde song and she gets praised to high heavens for something sonically similar (which is why I think I'm not fully on board). But to see people are actually outright hating and slating it surprises me. I guess this message is over done by her and it does paint her in a negative light, but sometimes people need to be able to separate the artist from the song. But I guess it's harder to do that when she gets personal. But I find it ridiculous that people can forgive Chris Brown and Justin Bieber and listen to them after all the shit they've done, but can't do the same for Taylor tbh.
"This article has been updated following input from Taylor Swifts publicist"
#1 on Spotify!!!!
HDD are predicting this to open with similar numbers to SIO in the US
I've given this a few plays but I have to say that I think it is a pretty poor effort from Taylor. The chorus is a total non event and the lyrical theme is just a bit unpleasant and feels quite tacky to listen to. I really enjoyed the 1989 era but this is a big step down in quality for me. Even the old taylor bit that everyone seems to like is just a bit cringe for me.
The only plus is that it has a pretty unconventional structure at times.
This is smashing so badly
Coming for another US #1 and hopefully her first UK #1!! <3 <3

American Sales:
I mean it came on tonight and I bopped.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I'm just going to have to put my issues with the sentiment aside and enjoy the tune.
Btw
LWYMMD was followed by Friends followed by Into You followed by bon appeit. What a run.
Omg I'd collapse if I heard this out!!!!
I remember Shake It Off coming on on my first night out just after I turned 18 and I was a mess Tbh all of those songs would make me life, never heard any o those out damn straight white ppl clubs x
Went from hating this to full on loving it
Mess at this already being in my top 40 most listened songs since 2011
It came on last night in a club at Manchester Pride and it was booed. First time I'd heard it at all, sounded good in a club. I've come home and listened to the studio version and it's significantly poorer so maybe it was a remix. She's so unlikable, I can't.
SHE IS OVER
For the video, there's rumours of a Taylor, Joseph Kahn (regular Taylor video director) and Sean O'Pry (Blank Space co-star) reunion for a Blank Space 2.0, wouldn't that be amazing!
VIDEO PREMIERING NOW
Damn, so expensive. the ending though
NO WORDS OHMY f***ING GOD
Okay it's just finished it's VMA premiere and it's really, really different for her She's dressed up as a witch at the start and there's a dance break and she wears a leotard or something idk and then at the end there's like six different Taylor's *.* it's strange but very good!!
THE ENDING
THE CHOREOGRAPHY
THE WHOLE THING
I NEED TO SEE IT AGAIN FJROEJTGKD
Well that video was really impressive... but it's wasted on this song lol
Music video is actually already on her Vevo, That ending love the full video one of her best in my opinion.
I may just be blind stanning but it's one of the best videos I have EVER seen omg
No your not Liam it is an amazing video haha, Just rewatching on her vevo
EXTRAORDINARY!
All of the old Taylors, the choreography, the visuals, THE ENDING! I think it'll do her a world of favours as well with the negativity that surrounds her at the moment, it confirms it really is all extremely tongue-in-cheek.
My fave part was new Taylor standing on top of T with all the other Taylor down trying to get her
Amazing video!! Omg at her standing on a pile of old versions of herself and the ending
What a video!! Visually stunning and I loved her taking the mick out of herself with her previous selves.
I'm legit shaking, what an INCREDIBLE video. I'm speechless. I just can't
MY GOD
that's all I have to say
(I saw SIO, YBWM, VMA speech, surprised at the Grammy's, TS1 era, Fearless World Tour, Zombie Tay from OOTW, any others that I missed?)
It's literally Gaga 'Fame'/'Fame Monster' era levels of goodness. Fantastic video. Joseph Khan is a God.
the video is obviously A FEAST FOR THE EYES (as expected from a joseph kahn directed video with a lot of money thrown at it) buttt...she clearly suffers with some sort of narcasistic personality disorder...every detail god back to her and how she's been hard done by and how she's obviously great. it's WEIRD and she's going all self parody / pity and idk what to think
ultimately, i don't think i can trust her
Lemme finally watch now while I have a half hour wait for the train
OMFG
Utterly incredible omfg!!!! IM SLAYED SO BADLY!! <3
The Katy shade at 3:20 and with the grammy
I assume the same people did Bad Romance because there are so many of the same things in it.
Up to 13 million views in 8 hours, halfway to Adele's VEVO record and a third of the way to PSY's all time record - could she snatch both?
They certainly put a lot of effort in that video
Loving the song more on each listen
While visually appealing, the video is actually making me really dislike her as a person. I'm amazed at how much my opinion of her has changed in the space of a couole of days. It looked like she was going to acknowledge her reputation and throw a middle finger and prove them wrong but she's just proved everyone right and then taken that and run with it.
She comes off as a petulant little brat. "oh look at me i'm such a victim" "look at all the bad things people have done to me" but then goes and (not even subtly) throws shade like there's no tomorrow.
The I <3 TS shirt, the obvious nods to Katy and Kimye etc. the tombstone with the name she used for that Calvin track, it's all really pathetic and does nothing to change the general perception of her.
The way she killed off old Taylor's really felt like "yeah this girl who used to be likeable? gone" AKA the Taylor that people actually warmed to and who got her to where she is now. It's like she feels she is better than them now.
And the really scary thing is that people will heap praise on her for being so brave or standing up for herself but at the same time tear down Katy/Kimye for doing similar, but less obvious, things. It takes two to tango, Taylor is the one now carrying on these feuds and using them to fuel her career. It's a smokescreen to cover the fact that the song itself is utter garbage.
I miss the Taylor who sang about prince son her guitar and went to award shows dressed like she came from a Disney movie.
the song itself is tuneless and kind of melody free and not very good, like it's super unlistenable and she's slowly drifting into very unpleasant territory...like she's not some sort of hard done by victim and the worlds not against her; she really needs to stop placing her artistic licence and musicality around her narcassism and self-perceived slights...
🐡
Nearly 16 million views in 9 hours on the music video, Looks likely to take the vevo record I'd imagine.
The record currently stands at 27.7 million doesn't it?
I have missed the big budget pop video, so that is nice. It all looks very impressive.
But this is just so massively unlikeable. I can't get past the whole look how funny and self-aware I am angle. The ending is especially cringe-worthy.
A solid nope to everything so far.
Finding it weird how much the public have turned on Taylor... similar happened to Katy Perry early this year!
It's not really this year, it's been bubbling away for a while now... But she's about to go number one everywhere so she's fine.
People have always disliked Taylor Swift.
I think this video is one of the best high-profile pop music videos I've seen in a long time.
Best music video I've watched in years. Probably my favourite since... Work Bitch?
I'm pretty sure the second single will be a big pop banger, her and team aren't stupid. This is the big "comeback" (for want of a better word, I know she's only been gone like 2 years but you know what I mean) to get people talking and that is exactly what it's doing especially with the video now.
Well it's a spectacular video production and visuals wise and I like the ending, but gosh the self indulgence is really off the scale :/
This is her 'Piece Of Me' video and song really isn't it.
One of my favourite music videos for some time this. Pretty sure the yellow car crashing was a reference to Katy Perry there and the end was a reference to Kanye possibly.
God I can't stand her but this has to be one of the best pop videos in quite some time! Clearly a big budget and it really comes across!
Been away for a few days so only just getting around to this. Have to say, it is fairly decent on first listen!
That video has really won me over I love the end lol "getting receipts", "I would like to be excluded from this narrative"
Vevo record broken!!
YASSSSS Queen.
Omg yaaaaaaass when will your favs *.*
flopdele
With a good 7 hours to spare! Can she grab the PSY record too which I think was 38 million views of any YouTube video in one day?
Flipping hell, that's impressive.
100m views in 3 days possibly?
It's a grower for me this, weren't what to think when I first heard it.
Buzzfeed go through some of the hidden and not so hidden references.
https://www.buzzfeed.com/jemimaskelley/my-actual-queen?utm_term=.gnypkGnVE#.brMYvenbW
I completely missed the TIWYCF pseudoynm on the grave and the $1 bill in the bathtub!!
What does $1 refer to?
She only counter-sued the radio host who sexually assaulted her for a $1 as it was about getting justice and to show other victims they can get the justice they deserve rather than earning herself money.
(The trial was only a couple of weeks ago but Joseph Kahn says he was editing it all the way up until a couple of days ago)
Thanks!
That is a damn good video!
I think she's gonna break the all-time record ever, she has 2 and a half-ish hours left and needs 4ish million views! Surely she can sneak over the line?
2.9 million views needed in around 1 hr 30! It's going to be so close, and apparently usually there's a bit of lag and YouTube inflates the figures slightly for the official total.
On another note, I love how zombie Taylor at the beginning is wearing the Out of the Woods dress - amazing continuation!
36.2 million views now, Around hour and 10 minutes left before it hits 24 hours.
hella catchy song, the chorus is a bit of a let down.
Whilst i'm extremely intrigued by this whole campaign - she really is insufferable. i've never particularly warmed to her as an artist, apart from 'i knew you were trouble' and 'style'.
I feel like this whole campaign is to shatter the illusion of her being some kind of victim. It's like a self created / self aware "look at me i've reached rock bottom - i'm a bitch really". To then either come back with another album seeking 'Redemption' or weave a whole narrative through this campaign to come back out as the sweet Taylor swift from years ago.
it all reeks of an extremely calculated scripted PR stunt akin to the 180 on the public perception of Justin Bieber / Chris Brown.
1 hour left and views are now 37,084,957 views
What is Gentleman's record again and how close is it now?
38,409,306 views in 24 hours for PSY she needs less than 900k in 40mins but probably less, I know youtube update slower. She's currently on 37,528,962 views.
Omg fab *.* hopefully she makes it, lemme start watching it on repeat for a while!! <3
Think she might do it to be honest, I know youtube update slower so even after it hits 24 hours am sure be few 100,000 to add to the total within the 24hours hours.
Up to 37,682,752 views at the moment.
38,123,405 views 20 minutes to go, Needs under 300k. I think she will do it we will find out tomorrow when youtube add the totals up, Its updating slowly at moment but big updates each time.
She's beat it with 5 mins to spare views are currently 38,916,434 views
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAS QUEEN Fully deserved with such a bloody incredible video.
OMG YASSS!! another record *.*
Wow, the hype around this video has been insane. That's an amazing feat for her!
So proud of her, very well deserved as well!
I imagine should be some views missing off that when youtube officially confirm it tomorrow, Probably be over 39 million. She beat PSY record anyway so its officially the most viewed video in 24 hours on all of youtube not just VEVO.
Sorry for all the updates you all probably think am crazy
No because we're equally crazy too
Oppa Flopnam Style
mutha fatha gentleflop
Wow. A vast improvement.
Taylor being inspired by Kylie tho
(Also the idea of her past selvies fighting each other was very Did It Again)
According to the Friday predictions thread, she's #1 with 36k so far
Finally coming for her first UK #1!! <3
Also debuted at #77 on the Hot 100 (I think) so it'll have a massive climb next week *.*
35.7k first update, 15k lead over "new rules" should end up around 60k-ish first week I imagine.
Does anyone else get Regina Spektor in this?
Especially the "I don't trust nobody, nobody trusts me" part?
Back at #1 on Spotify with 482k
as a song i hated it but the video has made me love it; good job babe
literally playing the c**t; it's so bold and i can RELATE
As much as I dislike the video, Joseph Khan wrote a great response to "haters" calling Taylor manipulative/etc.
Om legit I don't think it's necessarily that she is a woman though it's that she is Taylor Swift.
I am OBSESSED right now with the ringing/siren/beep noise thing that comes in at about 3:15 in the instrumental of the song. Could well be my favourite production moment of a pop song this year, it's such a small touch but it just makes the final chorus go OFF!
This has grown on me SO MUCH! Probably my third fave Taylor song behind Bad Blood (Kendrick version) and Wildest Dreams!
Enters Dutch top 100 (sales/streaming only) at #20.
Not that it was in any doubt but this is officially her first UK #1
It's also #1 in New Zealand and Ireland.
Yasssssss
YASSSSS at last!
Finally! It's a shame her #2s didn't manage that feat.
Yes
This is officially #1 in Australia too!
This is "eligible" to be Platinum in the US now we just have to wait for it to be certified
Officially Hot 100 #1, 354k sales and 84.4 million streams which is the second highest total ever Technically it's the highest ever on Streaming Songs as the highest was Harlem Shake and for some reason loads of the Harlem Shakes of the viral trend counted as Youtube counts for somthing in America, of course that inflated Taylor's too as she got the Vevo record, but at least it was the actual song not some stupid viral trend. But still, SLAY. And she stopped Despacito from getting the #1 weeks record *.* Our saviour x
84.4M is insane! As you said, Harlem Shake doesn't deserve that record, I'm still amazed that Billboard counted all those videos, what a joke!
I think this did 916k combined first week (well first proper week thanks to the 77 debut due to airplay weeks being different) n the US Highest week of "sales" since Closer by Chainsmokers as well.
I'm completely addicted to this. Half the lyrics are genius, half are pathetic and I'm hooked regardless. I love the video, she's insanely clever/calculated. (it's director can get in the sea)
I can't stop singing 'Me Too' by a Meghan Trainor in the chorus!
And this is #1 for a 2nd week in the UK <3 <3
i love this now oops
A newspaper has confirmed that Taylor will be performing on X Factor later this year
It's one of those rare occurence I'm in love with an artist first single off and album. It was love at first sight, errr listen!
I see people complaining about this song on my Facebook on a daily basis I'm worried this will do absolutely nothing for album sales
Second week at the top of the Hot 100
Which newspaper was it? I can't find anything on it?
Third week #1 on hot 100
That's more than SIO did consecutively iirc?!
Also Taylor is posting behind the scenes clips of the video on YouTube and they are SO good! (There are BTS for the Taylor Mountain and the zombie scene so far!)
I'd post them but I'm on my phone and it's too much effort 😂😂
