QUOTE You must be ready! American singer-songwriter and one of the most powerful singers in the country music industry Carrie Underwood has dropped the news, SHE’s BACK. The six-time Grammy Award winner, is set to make her awaited comeback with the release of a brand new single called “Something In the Water“. It has been well over a year since her last single release—”See You Again“, an inspirational track from her acclaimed album “Blown Away“. The new single was written by Underwood with the collaboration of Chris DeStefano, and Brett James. It’s scheduled to impact country radios on September 29th as lead single from Underwood’s upcoming fifth album, scheduled to be released in November via Arista Nashville and 19 Recordings. All these details will be released this Friday during TODAY Show. Recently, the singer also collaborated on Miranda Lambert’s latest hit single “Somethin’ Bad“, included on her album “Platinum“. Source This site is usually reliable, so it seems very likely that it's true! Interesting title there If it's wrong, I can edit the title anyway. So so ready for this track |

DEAD.
Chris wrote Good Girl and Somethin' Bad plus Let Me Down by Kelly Clarkson. So chances are he'll come up with a cracker *.* Even better, Brett is behind Flat On The Floor *.* *.* *.* as well as Cowboy Casanova and Jesus Take The Wheel plus also Mr Know It All by Kelly Clarkson, so the writers seem very promising! |

Definitely true, she posted on Facebook that a big surprise is coming on the Today Show with the hashtag #somethinginthewater, maybe she'll perform it for the first time

*.* EPIC. I love how it builds up subtly, it's so anthemic and singalong.
It's out in New Zealand, so I figure that's how it leaked |

Very very good, unexpected choice to including 'Amazing Grace' there but it works! Makes it feel a bit Christmassy too.
Can't wait for the non-pitched version! |

OMG I love this already!!! Such an uplifting song and the Amazing Grace feature works so well. The banking vocals are haunting at that part! Good job Carrie!!!!
