It's not exactly had a huge push though and I don't think it matters hugely how well this song for Pokémon does. I still think it's great, full of hooks and this sound is what Katy excels at.

I think the reason I love it so much is it is uplifting and it resembles a favourite pop song from 2018 both in the melody and in the rising chorus; pj6k-EFxqAI Does anyone else find these two songs uncanny in their resemblance?

Aside from that, it does sound very different. It's a great song though. I'm surprised I've never heard it before!
