Happy Rae Morris' 'Don't Go' is getting a release - heard it again recently when watching this touching ad for breast cancer awareness:

It premiered on Chris Evans breakfast show on the 10th sept, so it'll probably be record of the week next week and then go to A or B list the week after that, that's how it went for first singles from Will Young, Richard Hawley and also Leona Lewis.

Don't Go wub.gif Within my top 100 of all time and I'm glad it finally gets its time to shine even though Rae doesn't really seem to have taken off as I'd hoped she would sad.gif

WOO for Jamie Lawson too, an even older song, from 2011 but I only heard it for the first time a month or two ago.

I fear this to be the case - though I thought R1 had passed on John Newman's new one and they've just added it. It sounds to me like they've tried to make Demons sound as modern as possible to make it R1 friendly.

Yeh I just think singer songwriters like Morrisson generally are radio 2 artists but they get radio 1 airtime for 2/3 albums depending on how popular they are.

No full update yet for Capital but I have word from a source that the following have been added:

Carly Rae Jepsen - Run Away With Me
Little Mix - Love Me Like You
Nick Jonas - Levels
Rudimental feat. Ed Sheeran - Lay It All On Me
Sam Smith - Writing's On The Wall
Sigma & Diztortion feat. Jacob Banks - Redemption

Plus Ellie was added last week (possibly amongst some others, we got no update last week sadly). I'll of course post a full update when one appears.
