Looking like this is the next single now. Going for adds on Pop radio in the US in early March. The verses are incredible, even if the chorus is a bit plain. |

I see exactly what you mean with this, an awful chorus ruins a track which otherwise had explosive potential.

This one seems like a desperate return to grace for those who adored "Starships"

It looks like "Truffle Butter" is being released for urban radio at least. It's on the new release schedule for 23rd February and it's currently #24 on US iTunes (two places behind "Only").

I've just noticed that they've uploaded the audios for Truffle Butter, The Night Is Still Young and Feeling Myself on to her VEVO account, so it looks like she's doing some triple single release thing for the fifth single!

I was kind of hoping she had forgotten about this supposed release, the song still remains awful after all this time. That chorus is just so lack-lustre.

Yep, it does - added to the Capital playlist!
I still maintain what i've always said about this: incredible verses and good production... just let down slightly by a limp chorus. Still i enjoy it and it's a logical choice of single. |
