 Lawson's leading man has confirmed in this video that they are, as was previously mentioned on here, taking an extended hiatus, and he is recording his first solo album. He's advised it'll be taking a more acoustic, country-ish direction. So excited for this but sad Lawson are basically over.
I don't think that Decca is the right home for him - they tend to do poorly with 'pop' stars as Kimberley Walsh, Joe McElderry, Lucie Silvas etc., found out. Either way I'm looking forward to hear new music from him. |

Andy from Lawson has revealed on instagram that his first single should be coming on either Friday or next week. This will be his first single as a solo artist since Lawson took a hiatus
