Are registrations open? Friend having issues.

My friend has lost their email so can't reset their password on their original account and tried to create a new one, but the verification email isn't sending. They said they've tried contacting but haven't heard back. Is anyone able to help? Thanks!

If you ask your friend to drop me a PM, I'll be able to change their email on their original account for them!
