Probably Different Class by Pulp. I have actually listened to this album WITH Jarvis Cocker at a listening event, he said he felt very uncomfortable listening to it, but had some interesting stories about how the album came to be recorded and the accidental studio sounds that were left on the record.
But it's cruel to ask for one, there are so many I'd love to listen to including Music for the Jilted Generation, Definitely Maybe, Dig Your Own Hole, Screamadelica, Blue Lines and loads already mentioned in this thread, the list is endless.. |
