Pleased we are getting this and also it’s going to be coloured - guessing in line with most other RSD releases there will be between 2,000 -3,500 copies available.

The new dates are more realistic but could still be pushed out further.

So much is cancelled at the mo, literally it's hard to plan beyond the existing day and charities are losing out big time, record store day could just be stopped for this year like so many other things.

Yes they are definitely all printed and ready to go hence why I think they have come up with the plan they have to ensure they can actually get sold whilst following social distancing etc.,

Some releases will be defunct by the time they get released such as the 7” for Tom Grennan’s last single... its had 2 months in the charts and he’s moved on to the next release now.

Fans would still buy it but its not ideal but given the circumstances no one will grumble. The kylie one will sell regardless as always, it's a shame the availability is so limited but for what it is its understandable.

Maybe this is a bit off-topic, but Kylie got three different songs that share the same title: Love At First Sight, Closer, Right Here Right Now. Some artists got one or two different songs that share the same title, but I don't know any other with three or even more, do you?

Judging by all the updates the Kylie release has been one of the biggest - sold out everywhere and already exchanging hands for £80+

I managed to get a copy by the skin of my teeth and I never usually struggle with Kylie’s RSD releases!

They should release a remix now and that would help it make the top 100 as we would only need 2k sales, it might get a place in the midweeks though but that's it, 3k sales might have it close to top 50 tomorrow.

Don’t forget most online stores ship internationally - I know fans in France, Australia etc., managed to get copies so potentially those sales won’t be counted, plus lots of other big selling vinyl singles to compete with and Kylie will have 0 streams/downloads.

A copy recently sold for £250 on eBay others are heading towards the £100 mark, so pleased I got one - most stressful purchase ever.

All indie stores that didn’t open listed their stock online at 6pm - I got mine online, there were 100s of copies available of Kylie that sold out in a flash everywhere.

This won’t come close to the official charts so zero points in trying.

My copy has been dispatched I’ve never been so anxious for a vinyl to arrive seeing as looking at Discogs and eBay everyone is desperately after a copy.

I think the lower position is all down to kylie having less availability, she would have easily sold more if available.

Baby Shark sold 90 copies to be #59 in the physical sales chart. Kylie at #56 couldn't have sold much more.

Glad you got one - Banquet seem to be the only place with any copies left but they always go big with the Kylie releases (They had loads of the silver version too but obviously that sold out in seconds!)

I doubt there'd be enough interest to get the 5,500+ sales needed to go Top 100. It's just a random remix vinyl release, it's nice for collectors but it won't do anything.

The yellow re-press was initially meant to be limited to 1,000 however the fact it’s still available and was delayed twice makes me think they have produced more due to the demand for the grey vinyl and the initial reaction to the yellow one.

It’s should make an appearance high up on the physical singles chart and may even appear briefly in the first mids however apart from adding to RHRN overall total it will do nothing (Not that it was intended too).

It’s £12 on Townsend with an eye watering £5 postage charge, Independent stores like Banquet are selling it for £9.99 and £2 delivery (So less than what it costs just for the item alone on Townsend ).

The onslaught of the Christmas tracks has prevented us from knowing if RHRN would have scraped in the Top 100 for the first mids. Am sure it will be the biggest selling physical single of the week, not that it is a huge achievement thought
