I think it *could* work better for her actually, I'm not sure Hotter Than Hell has been quite big enough to sell an album yet. Could be better with a couple more hits under her belt! And she would get swallowed whole in Q4 so I think Jan/Feb is the best time for an album by her, especially as that's the time where new acts get pushed most.

At least a 6th single next year? Makes no sense to me Shows lack of trust in her by the label imho I'd gone with an Oct release |

October is Q4, one of the busiest months of the year for albums, she would be swallowed up and this would debut at like #17. February is a much better time, and to the general public, Hotter Than Hell is the first single anyway so it doesn't make that much of a difference.

I don't think it IS logical to release an album by someone who isn't a big name at a time where you need to be a big name to get a good chart position. They may not trust her but it makes more sense commercially.

 I actually prefer the old one which I didn't get the hate for, it was simple yet effective. This one is nice too though, I just think that the way the old one was focused completely on Dua's face was a more "iconic" way of introducing a new artist. I like all Dua's artworks though, they all have a wonderful simplicity and are always striking. EDIT: Sorry didn't realise how big that was but at least it works! |

It isn't a single, just a song for Hunger Magazine to have a special video for like Cheryl's Ghetto Baby was amongst others. It's a nice album track and shows a different side to her but it wouldn't work as a single.
