Oh did you call us saddos back? rolleyes.gif Your just like Gareth...unoriginal laugh.gif ..no one here reads any Gareth site or forum as no bugger cares ..why do you read a Will forum? what does it matter to you what's said in here? laugh.gif
I was at Devon and there was around 1500 there, we don't hide that fact or try to make things up about it..it happend laugh.gif the week after i was at Osbourne house and there was thousands there..it was packed..Will has been playing to thousands this summer..and whats more you know it.. laugh.gif . i bet Gareth would love to still be doing that..he wanted it all so much...shame the talent never matched the want.

There were 10,000 people at Osborne House and the venue was sold out. The following day they had the 80s gig with Banarama, ABC, Rick Astley et al and there were tickets still for sale on the evening. So Will is doing well despite rumours being circulated in other forums on here.

Actually, I am going to see Les Mis on 2 September - with Gareth as Marius! I've heard he is quite good. wink.gif

Nice of you to show support for Gareth Pearl. I've heard he's very well suited to musical theatre. Where are less charitable people posting on here?

I'll keep you posted on our outing to the Mayflower in September. Although having seen Michael Ball as Marius, I am not holding my breath!

Latest tweet is that he has a long over-nighter on the tour bus, then there is one which has a video but it won't load!

I don't know why it is an overnighter though because it doesn't take that long to get out of Wales and onto the M4 and then London!

Nope it's not them. Gawd knows who J& M are, well aside from my husband and his bother, John & Michael, but I can't guess who Will's talking about on his tweet.
I think he must have done a lot of reworking of this album, he reckoned it was almost finished over a year ago, so I wonder if there HAS been a change of label who want something a bit different from what he intended to release this year.

Julie4Will found this info about the guys from Red that Will did the reading with ...impressive stuff!
QUOTE
Red Production Company
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Red Production Company is a British independent television production company, formed in 1998 by Nicola Shindler, an experienced television producer who had worked on such prestige dramas as Our Friends in the North and Cracker. Based in Manchester in the north of England, Red's first production was the controversial drama Queer as Folk, written by Russell T Davies and based around the lives of three gay men in the city. This was screened on Channel 4 in early 1999 and drew much comment and praise.
The same year, Red followed this up with another series for Channel 4, an anthology of six half-hour plays about love entitled Love in the 21st Century. Queer as Folk 2 arrived in 2000, and since then Red has expanded to produce acclaimed dramas for nearly all of the main British television channels. The company's success led to an attempt by Granada Television — in whose Quay Street building the company rents offices — to buy it, but Shindler turned down their offer, wanting to retain control of her own company.

They were responsible for the excellent recent biopic about Boy George, Worried About the Boy, (I really enjoyed this even though I really can't stand Boy George, ) which was shown in May and filmed in February-so a quick turnaround.

Can't wait to find out more about this!

Mm - would you rather he left it until just before next Christmas then tongue.gif

There's no way it will be out this year so it won't qualify for the Brits. At least we won't have to fret about that laugh.gif

Yes a fourth quarter release would do me fine. As Bev says I won't fret as it probably isn't set in stone.

Well...here's some more info on Bedlam...if that's Will's..thanks to AJ, Jules and Julie.
QUOTE
Congratulations to JONO SMITH who has just started work as Director of Photography on Bedlam, a 6-part ghost story for Red Productions, directed by the hugely talented John Strickland and produced by Matthew Bird. He should have lots of opportunity to show off his photography on this project!
QUOTE
The agency, for example, was hoping to entice Red, the production company behind Queer as Folk and Mark of Cain, to Leeds to film a new "urban youth" series called Bedlam. Unable to guarantee funding, the production has been lost to another region.

A ghost story does sound interesting doesn't it? i have always been excited by Will's acting interests and look forward to that side of his career...but what i would like to know..what happend to August in the US? laugh.gif ..we know airplay for LRN is still on going on radio out there...do you think he got the Drama and decided to again put the US on hold?...and that the next album is the one he might promote with?... huh.gif
