Hi everyone, I just wanted to draw your attention to two members that we've decided to issue the Buzzjack Community Award to.


Firstly cucumberella has recently stepped down from his mod roles. Lew has been a huge presence on this site over the past decade and we are very thankful to him for the work he has put in to keep the site as fun and flamboyant as it has been with his influence. In particular he has been such an essential member of the BJSC team over the past few years, at times it has felt like he has needed to help out hosting virtually every other contest and I can't downplay the level of effort that has taken - for any of us that have hosted just one contest, I'm sure we can all admire the dedication it must have taken to host so many and that's before we factor in all of the usual monthly mod activities behind the scenes in the running of BJSC.

So thank you Lew for all you have done, you will so very missed from the mod team and we all wish you the best and hope you stick around and enjoy participating instead for a while



Secondly linds has also stepped down from her mod roles recently and we wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you Lindsey for the efforts you have also put in to the site over the past few years. Lindsey has been an essential mod in both the Lounge and the Indie forum, being an integral part of the lounge team who made the area so much more accessible to everyone focusing on community and inclusivity - being a definite mod presence in one of the most successful periods for the lounge.

We know that you've been finding it more difficult to engage with the site of late due to your other commitments so we hope that you'll find a new balance of keeping in touch with us all when you're able to. I also know that you're focussing on other things right now so we all just want to wish you the best of luck with everything



So we're sad to be losing you both from the mod team but happy that you're both moving on to new things in your lives - would be lovely to hear people's thoughts and appreciation for the roles both have played over the past few years, I know they are both well loved posters for good reason and I'm sure we'd all like to wish them well!
