Just saw the pilot, loved it Anyone else seen it? Hope the fact that the first 2 episodes being available online wont hurt its ratings too badly. Krysten Ritter is fabulous in this Dawson has aged pretty well |

Loved this. I personally think this is the funniest out of the recent comedies to come out in America, 2 Broke Girls, Suburgatory etc. I had some serious LOUD laugh moments.

I didn't know it was online already I have been waiting for this since I first watched the trailer last May when ABC released their Fall schedule. I have no idea why they held it back so long as it seems like an instant hit to me. Here's hoping they renew it like they did with 'Happy Endings' last year.

This looks hilarious from that trailer. That brunette bitch gets some good lines from the sounds of it.

B+ for the pilot ep. Lots of laugh out loud moments but a couple of bits fell flat. James Van Der Beek is HILARITY itself and both the female leads are great as is the obsessive ex-roommate in apt 21. I did think the Suburgatory pilot had the edge mind. Here's hoping this is a hit though, I'll be sticking with it.
I love how the premise and plot are literally the exact same as 2 Broke Girls, ha. This is already better though. |

2.9 in the premiere which is better retention than what 'Happy Endings' was getting after 'Modern Family'. Hopefully it doesn't drop much as it seems to be getting a good reaction.

That's damn good retention especially as Modern Family is a tad weaker now than it was earlier in the year.

The retention was pretty good. Next week will be a big test since its not a premiere, and the episode has been online for ages.

Oh I didn't know we had a thread, well here are my thoughts (copied from the other thread);
It wasn't quite as funny as I was hoping, but it was pleasantly amusing throughout. James Van Der Beek was the real surprise for me though, he was fantastic. I love that his career now essentially consists of playing himself. |

Just got round to watching the pilot and thought it was a solid 8.5/10. Great cast, I think they have some good chemistry already. James Van der Beek was rather amusing, as he was in the Ke$ha video.
I'm glad that the promise it showed in the trailer actually paid off. This could be quite a hit for ABC. |

I had a feeling the first episode was a fluke, but I realised I'm wrong seeing how the show remained being amazing.
ALLEGEDLY. |

This is AMAZING. The humour is spot on and all three leads are amazing - of course especially Chloe who plays the eccentric bitch fabulously . Easily the best out of the big three new sitcoms (2 Broke Girls, Suburgatory and this - although I do love all three). Annoying they cut half way through the season and the rest won't be back until September .

I love it. Not too sure why they only aired 8 episodes.
