I was lucky enough to see Placebo in spring 1997, just after the release of 'Nancy Boy'. They did a storming set, the highlight for me was 'Bruise Pristine'. A vivid memory of the gig was the height difference between Brian and the other band members, he was tiny, they were really tall!

no i have never got to see them live myself, i have seen them play live a few times on tv and they are a great live band i must say

i'm getting my tickets today to see them in Chicago. it's a five-hour drive for me, but TOTALLY worth it!

This year on EXIT were: HIM, Franz Ferdinand, Billy Idol... So, why not Placebo in 2007? biggrin.gif

I've seen them only at a festival yet: Pinkpop 2003 and 2006!! It was so great!!
Now I can't wait till december 1st! They're playing in Ahoy in Rotterdam (Holland) and I'll be there cheer.gif !
