From what I can gather the song was written in 2015 but didn't garner any interest until the Radio X team discovered it this year. Either way, he's never been Top 100.

Yeah the original was just a random song released - Chris said it had about 60 views when he discovered it a few months ago.

Stormzy Shut Up was one that one year. it just so happened to have actual longevity afterwards.

I wasn't sure about that one, I knew there was a campaign for it to beat the X Factor song the week before Christmas but it looks like the campaign continued into Christmas week as well so I'll add that in.
