A list of some of the movies I've seen with a strong female lead. In no order:
Alien/Aliens - Ripley/Vasquez Terminator/Terminator 2 - Sarah Connor Jurassic Park - Ellie Sattler Mad Max: Fury Road - Imperator Furiosa Wonder Woman Star Wars the original trilogy - Princess Leia Elizabeth - Queen Elizabeth I Widows - Veronica Silence of the Lambs - Clarice Starling Speed - Annie Chicago - Velma The Hunger Games - Katniss Kill Bill - The Bride The girl with the dragon tattoo - Lisbeth Hustlers - Ramona If you think I've missed some - it's probably because I've not seen it. They missed so many great ones... Lisbeth Salander (The Girl with The Dragon Tattoo), Peggy Carter (Captain America: The First Avenger), Hermione Granger (Harry Potter Series), Furiosa (Mad Max: Fury Road), Sarah Connor (Terminator 2) and so many more that definitely deserves to be on this list more then some that are on this list.

Many horror films final girl should be in contention but mainly
Laurie Strode (Halloween) Sidney Prescott (Scream) other than that I'd mention - Three Billboards... The Accused Chinatown Fargo Sophie's Choice One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest (not a lead as such) Zero Dark Thirty Dead Man Walking Misery All About Eve Black Swan mother!
