A more active career would mean more exposure to the public and therefore a higher chance people would vote for them in a list like this, I'd say! So her fall does seem a little odd in comparison with how active she's been.

It's probably a combination of the fact she's fallen profile-wise and from what I can tell the public perception of her (basically her reputation period) generally isn't brilliant compared with previously
