One half of Chloe x Halle, Chlöe is going to release her solo debut single from her upcoming album on Friday and it's called 'Have Mercy'.
She's been teasing this for months and the little clip have been stuck in my head for ages. I'm expecting this to be great, the album they released last year was so good. |

Love the video so much and her rapping is a serve!
If I’m honest, the song isn’t really want from Chloe solo. I know she’s having fun, but it’s giving me Booty by Jennifer Lopez vibes - not that there isn’t fun in a trashy bop but I think I’m so used to her and Halle creating far more challenging and genre pushing R&B than this. |

WHAT a debut. I agree that the video elevates the song but it's made it click fully, she looks like a star and she commands the song like a star too.
