Although credited as Yazz & The Plastic Population "The Only Way Is Up" was in reality a solo track meaning that W/E 13/08/88 could be added! Incidentally you've got No 2 & 3 mixed up for W/E 19/11/88

Joined: 8 March 2006 Posts: 83,022 User: 116	The glorious summer of 2006 was very female heavy, Wyclef Jean's presence on Hips Don't Lie probably spoiled a few occasions that year where it could have been an all-female top three, with the likes of Maneater, I Wish I Was A Punk Rocker, Smile, Ain't No Other Man and Unfaithful floating around at the top at the same time. Also Buttons (though that had Snoop Dogg on it) and Voodoo Child, From Paris To Berlin, Everytime We Touch etc...which all had female lead vocals. Such a good period <3 I loved Summer 2006 and all of 2006 in general. Yeah, the chart rules were a bit stupid but the music was so damn good, male or female.
