Avril Lavigne has been slaying pop for 15 years and with her sixth studio album expected shortly what better way to celebrate her discography than with an ultimate rate? The rules are simple, just one 11 for your favourite song and one -1 for your least favourite. Because rates like these can take quite a while (it takes time to re listen through old albums etc) you're being given until the 21st of April to rate so make sure you get yours in!

Switch on your appreciation for 'Girlfriend' and let's begin!

For those wondering, the pop mods are using this as a 'test' to see if we will allow rates again. Remember the reason the rate thread was closed was because the list of incomplete rates was just getting ridiculous.

Avril Definitely one of my favourite artists. I do prefer her first two albums, but always give a listen to her newer stuff. Her last album wasn't that bad.

I'd just like to add that you're allowed to rate just the singles if you wish but Avril has some incredible albums and you've got nearly a month so I'd recomend doing the whole rate! (You could put your scores for the singles in now and album tracks later)

The highlights of her first three albums are such highs and total staples of my childhood Goodbye Lullabye is good also but the eponymous album was nothing to write home about.

TBH. Why don't I own 'Goodbye Lullaby'? I forgot just how much I liked it! I remember there being 'My December' comparisons and I agree. It's so underrated!

Getting the unfortunate award of finishing bottom is Avril's collaboration with her lead guitarist Evan Tauberfield. I'd never actually heard this song before the rate and it's pretty decent, nothing special but nowhere near the worst song in her discography Only one of the songs not to be released as part of an album remain, with the charity songs 'Wavin' Flag' and 'Fly' dropping out here, as well as the awful 'Alice' which is actually her worst song thinking about it, ew what a mess. There's a (kind of) shock here as the single 'Hello Kitty' is very close to coming last I'm actually ashamed of you Buzzjack, this song is a bop and I'm not hearing anything else about it *.* Obviously it didn't do well amongst y'all, receiving more -1's than any other song. I can kind of see why it could be annoying but I've always absolutely loved this The video can go away though, bye.

The lowest placed album in the rate is Avril's self-titled and last to date (not for long *.*) fifth release. I'm not at all surprised at this coming last, but for me it's WAY better than 'Goodbye Lullaby' and actually has the most 10/10 tracks out of any of her albums but that's weighed down by every other track being quite meh, like apart from those 5 tracks there's literally nothing that good on there :') Those 5 tracks do slay heavily though ngl, 'Rock n' Roll' and 'Let Me Go' are two of my favourite Avril songs, and 'Bad Girl' would also be in my top 10 (I seem to be the only one who likes this, HOW) The album only has two tracks in the whole top 40 so it shouldn't take too long for you to find out where they place oops.

The only song I ever go back to here is the godly 'Bad Girl', rocker Avril is something we need to see more of *.* I can't at some people falling for it being in the Suicide Squad movie though

Love that Self-Titled ended up being ranked last as it should be, considering there is a surprising amount of people who love it. It's not a bad album by any means, but it has a lot re-tread tracks. Though the high points are some of her best ever, like Rock n Roll and Give You What You Like.

I Don't Have To Try is a personal favorite that is always overlooked, though I can see why too. I knew Alice would be cut out early as well as many don't like her vocals on it. Fallin' Fast being cut out this early is the real tragedy though.

Hello Kitty leaving right off the bat is a triumph.
