I get the distinct impression that this'll be a popstar free year based on who's confirmed thus far. 2009 was top heavy with soapstars I seem to remember?

Yes it was.

You had:

Craig Kelly from Coronation Street, Ricky Groves from EastEnders, Natalie Cassidy from EastEnders, Ali Bastian from Hollyoaks and Ricky Whittle also from Hollyoaks and not forgetting Zoe Lucker who would later go and appear in EastEnders and Hollyoaks finally Lalia Rouass who would appear in Holby City.

Not many of the strong rumours yet, apart from Georgia, Carol and Peter! Nobody really interests me either, apart from liking Georgia and Kellie in Corrie and Eastenders...
