I only watched the beginning. Rob said that his family goes through a difficult time. If I understand correct he said that his father (!) has Parkinson and his mother in law is very ill. I thought that Gwen had Parkinson? Maybe I did not understand well. And Janet will be 80 soon

I haven't listened - but from the comments on Upfront - it seems that Pete has Parkinson's as well.
Tough times for the family |

you know the problem with working from home is that you loose any sense of time especially if companies are international and you work with Asia and the US. Fridays the team of about 25 people have a team meeting which started - go on mute - in the past. Now everyone knows :-). You hear the cats, the dogs, the children and too be allowed this general remark in the Robbie and TT thread, at least I can have the music in the background :-)

Alex Horne on his unlikely reggae Angels revamp with Robbie Williams
- I love it Sky News chats to Taskmaster comedian Alex Horne about his unusual musical collaboration with chart-topper Robbie Williams. In what seems like an unlikely pairing, the chart-topping star has collaborated with comedian Alex Horne, best known for the Taskmaster game show, on a brand new reggae version of his 1997 mega hit Angels. The song features as part of the singer's appearance in the latest episode of The Horne Section Podcast, a music and comedy podcast which sees the comedian teaming up with a range of different guests. Our saxophonist worked out he'd played it, I think, 1,400 times last year with Robbie's band because of rehearsals and so on. "So he was determined to do a new version of it, so it's this sort of upbeat reggae version." "Robbie did it in one take and he's got a brilliant voice and absolutely nailed it. I mean, he should know the words by now, but it was a new version and he got it right first time. "And I don't know about you, there's certain songs I've heard enough of, but this new version I really enjoy, I was glad to say I like it." Many musicians will have dreamed of collaborating with an artist of Williams's status and Horne admits it's been hard to get his head around the fact that he can now say he's worked with the record-breaking star. "The next morning [after recording] I was with the kids and my wife for breakfast and she said, 'Did he do it?' And it was instantly surreal because it felt like it didn't happen because I didn't leave my iamspamspamami "So, yeah, it's already one of the most bizarre things that's happened to me." https://news.sky.com/story/alex-horne-on-hi...lliams-11983798 |

Watch Sleaford Mods’ Jason Williamson interview Robbie Williams “How’s Vegas mate? Alright?” Sleaford Mods’ Jason Williamson has interviewed Robbie Williams for a light-hearted social media video – watch below. The singer appeared with Williamson in the mock clip, which saw the former Take That singer wearing medieval chainmail and an injured thumb. The video was posted on Sleaford Mods’ official account, with the caption: “LATE NIGHT WITH JASON Ep 9. This weeks guest is @robbiewilliams.” sleaford_mods's profile picture sleaford_mods LATE NIGHT WITH JASON Ep 9. I doubt it Laura , it's quite the experience for everyone including Robbie I would think , I guess there is bored so looking up weird friends & anyone that will listen to him Do you think he will write some songs about this experience ..... I read in an article that Robbie stayed in an Air B&B while in isolation, I doubt that |

I had an alert yesterday about the new Sunday Times Rich list musicians. Rob is listed there with 185million pounds (who knows the correct figures). Anyway he added 10 million in 2019. He had the Christmas album, but I think aside of Hyde Park there were no huge concerts.
They expect most musicians income will fall flat this year. I wonder about this either, he cannot even do concerts for billionaires (neither can others) |

So he's made more post rehab than pre That £10 must be Vegas mustn't it? |
