Bout time! Definitely voting for Feel So Close now, it's ok but way too repetitive to rank among his best work.

And this poll was going so well.....
Pray To God is easily in my top 2 Calvin songs, possibly my favourite The production is great and Haim's vocals elevate the song as they usually do |

Agree that Pray To God is one of Calvin's very best.

Outside
I'm really dismayed that 'Pray To God' has left before this piece of utter crap. |

Outside I'm really dismayed that 'Pray To God' has left before this piece of utter crap. People were utterly raving about Pray to God on Buzzjack at one point. I think the fact it under-performed compared to some of the other singles (commercial radio snubbing Haim ) changed some people's views somewhat. |

People were utterly raving about Pray to God on Buzzjack at one point. I think the fact it under-performed compared to some of the other singles (commercial radio snubbing Haim ) changed some people's views somewhat. It's such a masterpiece. So much more to it than just your average Calvin Harris track (even though most are great). It's got such intensity. |

In the words of Sarah Harding...
IT'S ABOUT TIIIIIIIIIIIIME! HOWEVER... as delighted as I am about Pray To God going finally, I'm moving on to 'How Deep Is Your Love' which won't go for ages. Basically, I adore formulaic breakdown Calvin and that's basically what keeps me going back to him <3 |

*Sacrilegious comment coming up* I never loved 'Pray To God'. Everything that remains is better, and a fair few of the songs that fell before it are superior too.

"Bounce" is the weakest of the remaining tracks for me, as refreshing it was at the time of release.

Um, you're voting for the LEAST favourite in order to keep the MOST FAVOURITE in right? Indeed, 'We Found Love' is probably my least favourite left, it's a lil' overrated. It was either that or 'Outside' - looks like a wasted vote now as no-one else is going for it. My faves left are 'Acceptable in the 80s' and 'I'm Not Alone' so at least the latter looks like it will survive for a while. This post has been edited by Jade: 3rd October 2015, 10:25 PM |
