Seriously though, I think it will be released at some point but I'd wait for 2023 and release it as a part of anniversary deluxe edition.

Everything would align perfectly if it came as part of the album's 10 year anniversary. Surely her team know that this is what the fans would die for and they'd work hard to push it? The big barrier would be Gaga herself not wanting it to see the light of day.
