Confirmed on Sigala's official Twitter account this week. dance.gif

There's also a video clip on Twitter of the song but I don't know how to post it.

Something that combines Sigala's 'Easy Love' and Digital Farm Animals' 'True' would be a dream for me.

Posted by: The Emperor 29th November 2016, 11:42 PM

Is that Sigala playing it in his house.

If so he livesin a literal tropical house with palm trees. ohmy.gif

It sounds good, hope it is progressive or funky house and isn't ruined by a pitched vocal drop.

Posted by: awardinary 2nd December 2016, 12:07 AM

This sounds pretty good at first listen, I can see it being a hit. smile.gif

Posted by: lewistgreen 2nd December 2016, 12:12 AM

Impressed! Liking the weird vocals too

Posted by: twentyonemdh 2nd December 2016, 08:33 AM

This is AWFUL. (yes that's right it IS possible for mdh to hate a dance song ohmy.gif)

loving this cheer.gif

It is a lot like Galantis' style...

The style of it reminds me a little of the some of the retro sounding eurodance in the 00s, like Uniting Nations' You and Me. But i don't like it nearly as much as You and Me because that was a classic heart.gif

Yes there is a bit of tropical house in it, but I don't mind as it is quite funky. smile.gif

Posted by: Cameron 2nd December 2016, 12:50 PM

Easily his worst single. I agree with the Galantis similarities.

Posted by: JosephCarey 2nd December 2016, 01:04 PM

Yeah I was thinking it's basically a second rate Galantis, really poor sad.gif

Posted by: ❄️awardinicyϭ 2nd December 2016, 02:27 PM

Doing rather well on iTunes at the moment though. smile.gif

Posted by: Joe. 2nd December 2016, 02:35 PM

Oh wow, it really is a bit of a Galantis knock off. I don't mind it though, I haven't enjoyed anything since Say You Do, so this is a step up.

Posted by: mr_pmt 2nd December 2016, 05:55 PM

Considering what they've both put their names to in the past, it could really be so much better. It's passable.

Posted by: Dobbo 2nd December 2016, 05:56 PM

Completely agree with all the Galantis comparisons, but the weird vocal isn't as effective in this sadly.

It's alright but not as good as I was wanting or hoping.

Posted by: CHOCOLATE BANTA 2nd December 2016, 07:20 PM

Well I'm a big fan of both Galantis and Sigala so I'm quite enjoying this dance.gif

So this is a legitimate OA/OS release from Sigala? My word, times really have changed.

yes, even Ministry Of Sound are fully onboard with OA/OS releases now! Probably because they've realised that holding back singles in 2016 is a pointless exercise.

Posted by: Dobbo 3rd December 2016, 05:13 PM

True, although I highly doubt Give Me Your Love would have got a top 10 peak on OA/OS & they've always seemed to value peaks over chartlife.

It'll be nice to see this go top 40 but I'm not sure it will go top 20.

Yeah, their held-back technique kept the charts looking quite fresh so you can't fault them for that heehee.gif

Presumably also because they were acquired by Sony. MOS' releases went OA/OS basically from the minute Sony took over the reins, though I'm sure they'd have switched to OA/OS quite soon after even if they hadn't been acquired.

Posted by: ❄️awardinicyϭ 3rd December 2016, 05:59 PM

Can someone clarify what OA/OS is as I'm not getting it.

Posted by: ❄️awardinicyϭ 3rd December 2016, 06:00 PM

Official Album / Official Single?

Posted by: Dobbo 3rd December 2016, 06:01 PM

On Air On Sale - so basically as soon as it's been officially premiered its available for streaming & download.

Posted by: Juranamo 3rd December 2016, 07:16 PM

Well this is horrendously generic then. Sounds like the love child of 'Millionaire' and any other Sigala song. Generic isn't always a bad thing, and I'm sure it'll last a good few plays before I tire of it, I just don't like how lazy and by-numbers it feels. sad.gif

Posted by: slowdown73 3rd December 2016, 10:09 PM

This is my least favourite Sigala song so far. Its ok but the vocals sound dreadful.

Posted by: Juliano 4th December 2016, 06:03 PM

I really like it, but I kept forgetting it wasn't Galantis.

Posted by: Michael Bubré 4th December 2016, 09:32 PM

Christ this is shit. Galantis are (largely) bad enough without needing a cheap knockoff of them. What happened to you Sigala sad.gif

Posted by: lewistgreen 26th December 2016, 12:41 PM

Posted by: The Sultan 2nd February 2017, 02:48 PM

I actually really like it now. This and Galantis' Love On Me are definitely the modern equivalent of the cheesy Eurodance of the 00s biggrin.gif

Posted by: djgrafdemon 10th February 2017, 08:08 AM

hey, I just found a mash-up of this track and Domino by Jessie J and it feels like, you know, probably the second life for JJ? wink.gif cuz vocals sit PERFECTLY there.
You can take a look (and even give a couple o' listens) https://soundcloud.com/user-647826143/sigala-vs-jessie-j-only-one-domino-discosid-mashup
