I do like jump and its good to see any of their stuff get streams as it all adds up but i would prefer a few other songs to be their number 1 played on spotify.

I can't bear 'Love Machine' these days, the locals and sofa adverts have ruined it so I'm more than happy to see something else "jump" ahead of it.

Just goes to show On the metro was the OBVIOUS choice for second single from Ten over BCYLM... Still don't get why it wasn't released surely another sure fire top 20 for them.

Not Tonight Santa is at #1 in their Popular Songs Top 10 list on Spotify!
 I'm not sure if they've ever managed that with a Christmas song before, I don't recall that happening. Maybe Top 5 at best?Not Tonight Santa was streamed 59,130 yesterday, putting it way ahead of Sound of the Underground (19,240) and Jump (18,861). Will be interesting to see how much better it can do as we get closer to Christmas! |

I've always loved this one, it's one of those I always hear in shopping centres and stuff so I'm surprised it hasn't become more prominent over the years.

It's nice that the Christmas bonus album has one track getting some attention, but I wish I Wanna Kiss You So (Christmas in a Nutshell) would get added to a good playlist too! I wonder if I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday will manage to crack their Popular Top 10 list too? It's not far behind what Biology is managing on a daily basis. |
