Chart Commentary

A big thank you to all those 3 of you who commented on last week's personal chart, including JosephStyles, Dobbo and HarryEzra.

This week sees a new #1 single, and it's from Zara Larsson! She's had quite a phenomenal 2016 and she looks set to continue to have success in 2017 with a forthcoming album expected. I Would Like is her fifth Official UK Top 40 single, and possibly the best performing one yet. Alma climbs up to second place and still looks likely to have a successful year also. Also climbing within the Top 10 this week are The Chainsmokers, who only this week have released yet another single. This week sees Jax Jones feat. RAYE enter the Top 10 as well as Rhodes vs. Fells Jaehn.

Hifi Sean feat. Crystal Waters are this week's highest new entry with the dance production Testify. They are joined this week with Dua Lipa and Lotus x SPYZR & Salt-N-Pepa.

yass at us sharing #1s this week. I Would Like is such a killer tune

also loving the 'Push It' remix, that riff really bangs.

'Be The One' also a good new entry, though it peaked at #10 for me the first time around so probably won't re-enter my chart.

Outstanding top 10, I'm in love with both of those Raye featuring tunes, the Starley one is massively growing and Rockabye still a big jam.

That version of Push It is okay, I can see it being a grower on me though, so not going to make too much of a judgement on it yet. I really like that Hifi Sean tune - definitely one to watch out for in the coming weeks in the charts!

Testify is a good tune! would sound good in the clubs

Be The One is great too, they need to sort this album situation out pronto!

I am also proper loving the Jax Jones track

Felix Jaehn and Rhodes is a tune tbh

Be The One is still a total great pop tune

I Would Like is a great number 1.
I wish Dye My Hair was a UK hit. I like that video.
Shed A Light is my former number 1 and I still love it.
Also great to see You Don't Know Me, By Your Side and Call On Me in the top 10.
