Hello everyone hi.gif

2019 has been an absolutely monumental year for Ariana Grande's career. So let's celebrate before we enter a new decade! She has released a whopping 3 albums this year, collaborated with various stars, topped charts around the world, toured non-stop and gave us plenty of new music videos to watch. Above are 5 main categories and a bonus category. These are the following:
  • BEST SINGLE OF 2019
  • BEST ALBUM TRACK OF 2019
  • BEST COLLABORATION OF 2019
  • BEST MUSIC VIDEO OF 2019
  • BEST ALBUM OF 2019
  • BONUS: BEST SINGLE THAT CELEBRATED ITS 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY IN 2019
Please vote in the polls above and let us know your choices! Feel free to elaborate beyond the polls with other favourite Ariana moments of 2019. heart.gif

My votes:

BEST SINGLE: 7 rings
BEST ALBUM TRACK: ghostin
BEST COLLABORATION: Don't Call Me Angel
BEST MUSIC VIDEO: 7 rings (Don't Call Me Angel was a very close second though!)
BEST ALBUM: thank u, next
BEST SINGLE THAT CELEBRATED ITS 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY: Love Me Harder (feat. The Weeknd)

We really were treated so much this year. I think when I look back on 2019 in terms of Ariana, I will treasure the fact that it was the year I saw her live for the first time and the one where we got the 'thank u, next' album - my #1 album of the year. It's been a superb year in terms of output, success and touring for her - with the Sweetener World Tour, Coachella and Manchester Pride all taking place this year. Such a good time to be a fan. The main negative that comes to mind is of course the fact that 'thank u, next' had way more potential for singles! 'bad idea' never getting that treatment is the biggest Ari injustice of 2019 x

Of course 2019 has also been the year that I was made an Ariana AF mod, back in May! That has helped take stanning to new heights laugh.gif

Looks like this is what BuzzJack thinks:

Best single: 7 rings
Best album track: bad idea
Best collaboration: Don't Call Me Angel
Best music video: 7 rings
Best album: thank u, next
Best 5 year anniversary song: Love Me Harder

I think the only difference from my votes is best album track so... taste!

(feel free to keep voting, just thought I'd screenshot this moment in time while there's not a tie ~)

My votes:

BEST SINGLE: break up with your girlfriend, i'm bored
BEST ALBUM TRACK: ghostin
BEST COLLABORATION: Don't Call Me Angel
BEST MUSIC VIDEO: Don't Call Me Angel
BEST ALBUM: thank u, next
BEST SINGLE THAT CELEBRATED ITS 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY: Santa Tell Me

All of those 5 year anniversary singles though *.* WHAT KIND OF DISCOGRAPHY!!!

ghostin' is probably my 2nd fave track by her. It's sensational. So beautifully tragic. cry.gif - but worthy mentions to NASA, bloodlind and bad idea!

It's just dawned on me that I completely erased Ariana's involvement in this from my memory:

Probably for the best kink.gif
