not Panic Room exiting! still in my chart at #18 this week!
Losing It up to #5 tho new Billie Eilish is nice enough though not quite up with When the Party's Over, that'll be hard to top. quite like the Weeknd/Gesaffelstein song too even with its controversial lyrics though not it's not near his best (The Hills/Starboy are my faves) new Sam Smith is surprisingly rather good too, I thought Promises would just be a fluke for Sam cos of the Calvin influence. Don't Go is a bit of a tune as well. |

Hi Jade!
Nice top 5, even #6 and #7 are great songs! I really like the new entries, particularly "Lost In The Fire" (I like it, because The Weeknd is a force of charisma), "Dancing With A Stranger" (Another great duet between two great singers), "Hold My Girl" (Because George Ezra is great) and "It's Not Living (If It's Not With You" (Because The 1975 are doing well with their music, even if their latest album isn't as great as their last album). Great chart once again! |

Hi Jade! I'm just now giving Waking Up a first listen and WOW, no wonder it's got so much love on here! I was expecting a dance song so the fact that it wasn't took me by surprise. It strongly reminds me of my favorite Evanescense song - what do you think?
Lots of promising new entries there, Lost In The Fire, Dancing With A Stranger and Longshot all sounded great on the chart show! |

Hey Jade!
Seems like a very dance-heavy chart this week. Lots of great new entries, my favourite probably being Lana. I have no idea whether it's an official single or just a buzz track but it's the best thing she's released for absolutely ages maybe even since 'West Coast' for me! Very belated entry for 'Hold My Girl' there, not that I'm complaining, George deserves all the success he's getting at the moment, especially after things weren't looking good for him following 'Don't Matter Now' flopping. Quite the turnaround he's managed! I'm pleased that Catfish have finally got that long overdue hit with 'Longshot', looking forward to the album. The Gesaffelstein and Sam Smith songs are OK but nothing special IMO. Great stuff as usual |

Hi Jade!
Great to see Losing It in your top five now! The new entries for Gesaffelstein & The Weeknd and Catfish and the Bottlemen are fantastic too, so pleased the latter have finally got a UK top 40 hit after so many great singles over the last few years! Nice chart! |

Hi Jade!
A few songs from a few months back making debuts this week in the form of The 1975 and George Ezra Not complaining though, both are great songs! Don't think I've heard WHEN I WAS OLDER yet, not one of the three Billie songs in the Top 100 - sounds like a grower, enjoy how it builds up throughout the song, that's a nice touch. Think this is the fourth chart I've commented on in a row where Longshot has entered Loving the unanimous love for Catfish! Great chart |
