French film starring Isabelle Huppert and Jean-Louis Trintignant, also directed by Michael Haneke of 'Amour' fame.

Saw it last night but it wasn't really my cup of tea. I was excited to see more of Isabelle Huppert after loving her in Elle but she's not in this loads even if she does make the most of her small role (same applies to Jean-Louis Trintignant too!). It was a bit of a bore though, I can see where there was some social commentary on the immigration crisis and social media but it wasn't entertaining in the slightest and it really dragged. Reminds me a bit of 45 Years where the acting was the best thing about the movie but the story itself is rather slow and uninteresting cry.gif

This film is a complete mess.
