After delivering two critically acclaimed albums in the last two years, Fontaines D.C. are set to release another - it's just been mixed! I can't wait to see what they come out with this time, they've cited The Prodigy, Pixies and Sinead O'Connor as inspirations for the new record.

There's something coming out at 6pm on Tuesday... hopefully it's a new single! The time of it is certainly right for Radio 1's Hottest Record.

Very instant and catchy, almost pop reminds me of early Oasis/Stone Roses, early 90s

fr some reason I thought there was quite the buzz about them, but has done nothing so far on streaming
the count says 30,000 streams so far for the song until today, which is not very good |

It’s the same for a lot of the recent big British indie bands. The amount of vinyl they sell suggests their audience aren’t big streamers too! |

Another great single from them, can definitely hear some Oasis vibes!
It does feel quite soon for another album from them but then tbf it's actually already been longer since 'A Hero's Death' than the gap between that and 'Dogrel' so I guess they're just pretty fast moving in general, not complaining! |

Another new one is out today titled 'I Love You' - really like it on first listen! 'Jackie Down The Line' has also continued to be constantly listened by me too.

'I Love You' is great as well, this album might be shaping up to be even better than 'A Hero's Death' if these singles are anything to go by.
